This hotel was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. The kids activities were nothing fancy but just with my 3 year old needed besides a pool and a playground, thank you to Monserrat from the kids club for being so sweet with my girl. The room was comfy and the breakfast and lunch buffet were great, The dinner buffet and the Italian and Mexican restaurant were decent. My 9 month old baby loved the food there haha The location was perfect, close to the airport and so pretty. I highly recommend it.

If I have to nitpick... we were a bit lost since this was our first all inclusive experience, so we didn't really know what was available to us, we had to find out little by little. The drinks were weak which might be disappointing for some but it was not a big deal for us. The Asian restaurant food was underwhelming and service at the Mexican restaurant was really slow.

The staff was excellent, helpful, courteous ,friendly and work very hard! Jose at the Italian restaurant Rosato was amazing!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!

When we checked in we were told that the rooms we booked weren’t available . We did not appreciate that,but after we said that we were going to a different resort the rooms somehow were available.The resort doesn’t need to do that! If we booked two ocean view rooms and we paid for it they have to be ready. No games needed. Thank you

It is a very nice hotel, very clean, the rooms have enough space and very comfortable beds. Food is delicious, we ate at Cevicheria and had dinner at 2 of the restuarants. Breakfast is also good. There are alot of options for entertainment such as board games, ping pong, volleyball and a kids club. There is also a coffee shop where the cakes and ice cream are very good! The staff is very nice, at our arrival we met axel and naomi, then Chef Hector during the Chef Parade and Miguel at the Bar. They always had a positive and friendly attitude. We really enjoyed our stay :)

Sonne staff: Rafi, Nacho, & Jessi &staff were excellent. Asian restaurant manager (Cristi) and outstanding new chef have made it my favorite at FA!

The staff was incredible starting with Ernesto the restaurant manager to all his team they were friendly, helpful and we had great service. Included in these people and I know there were more. Patricia and Yuliana were so attentive as well as, Joni, Andreas, Rafael, Ignacio, Cruz, and Andria. The food was always delicious. On the front desk was Monica who was so helpful. The room itself was beautiful with great view and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back.

Nothing I didn’t like, this was my 6 visit over last 25 years. It just keeps getting better.

Beautiful ocean views, pool, and beach with friendly attentive staff to bring you drinks. Delicious restaurants with professional staff. Don’t miss’s fiesta night.

The loud music from the bar blaring past 11pm kept me up. Lady night people on our floor made a racket in the wee hours that lasted for hours, but we didn’t call downstairs to complain so I can’t blame the hotel for some guests inconsiderate behavior.

Everything was great! The food was good at all the restaurants. Only thing was the main pool closed later at 9 pm and the adult pool closed at 6pm! Backwards the adults pool should stay open till 9pm. We paid for the upgrade to go the adult pool and it closed way too early. Also should be able to order food from the other lunch restaurants at any pool. Over the stay was great! Not to much entertainment on property for the Mexican dinner party it should add dancing and a DJ for a real party.

Breakfast was actually my Favorite experience of all @ your resort. I was the first in and my party and partner that i came with were allowed to camp out almost till lunch in a section that was referred to as the 9exclusive) section @ no additional charge. because of this we all made sure to show your gratitude to all the staff that made us feel like kings and queens all day.

Check in time. I really was exceptionally sad about that. We were lucky to already have someone staying there for a couple days prior. But waiting 3- 4 hours to get into our room was rough after a full day of travel.

We just came back from our stay in Fiesta Americana, and all we can say if that we were very happy with all the staff there, they made our stay with our 7 old month baby very pleasant and confortable. The team at the breakfast restaurant was always super friendly and attentive to us. Greetings to all the guys working hard there that helped us: Alejandro, Gume, Eduardo, Rosalio and many others that I did not get their names. They were all great!. Also Miguel and Alejandro from El mexicano restaurant were awesome!. And we also received great service at the pool, greetings to Yonni and Sergio for helping us and being so attentive. A special thank to the captain of the restaurants (I did not get his name) for helping us on getting us a microwave in our room, something that made our stay with our baby so much easier, super super thanks!

My only complaint goes to the pool music at night that you can hear from the room, something that can be solved easily

Staff was amazing, housekeeping left towel animals they made in response to my kiddos notes to them, servers were amazing, bartenders were adorable while making my 9 yr old virgin pina coladas, front desk was always more then helpful with any request. Everyone went above and beyond at this location. 10/10 recommend for family stays!!
