The staff were all very friendly and helpful. You can buy breakfast at their restaurant which was good. I also really liked that the hotel provided fresh and cold water from water coolers. The pool and sitting area around it was very nice. The air conditioning worded really well and the showers were hot.

I didn't like the strong cleaning products that were used to clean our room. The room was dated but we expected that. I wish that you could get a fridge at the hotel. The hotel is on the main street so it can be a little noisy with the traffic but it's not too bad. We slept well.

I liked the simplicity of the rooms, the refreshing swimming pool, and the location of the hotel. There were a lot of great restaurants and cafes in the area and access to the beach within 10minutes. Staff were also friendly.

There was a lot of construction going on nearby that was disruptive to my sleep/rest. There was a light that remained on the whole night that I could see through the bathroom window. Also, though quiet time typically did start at 11pm, the loud music blaring from the speaker through out the day was somewhat disruptive.

The last day we have problems with the Ac and they don’t have people for fixing instead offer give us another room we declined because was our last night

The price was excellent for a short stay. The Staff were absolutely wonderful. I was just there for a week, so for my needs it was just perfect! Plus, bus (10 Peso's) to Downtown P.W was just across the street and the bus from Downtown stopped right outside the Hotel. It is a very family orientated hotel. Lots of children playing in the pool. I met some nice ladies from Dawson Creek which made it all the more fun! ,

It was all good , no plastic glass’s, ( we needed for drink water) no wine opener at front desk for us to borrow., couldn’t find English Channel on TV for 1 of us! And mention to customers that they need to deposit 200 pesos for the safe. We weren’t told. Other than that all is good

There’s road construction in front of the property, nothing they can do. But makes you walk about a block to be able to walk to the beach. Not too bad

Walking distance to beach and good food areas. Down town bustle. Busses available every 20 min. Bare room with no amenities. Over all what we wanted. Clean.

The location was great! There was a bus stop very close and it was central between the MArina and Zona Romantica. 15 ride on the bus to each location. My requirements were, pool (check) air conditioning (check) private bathroom (check) and close to the beach (check) This is not the most fancy glamourous hotel, however the staff are friendly, it is clean, there is a great taco lady that comes during the week. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. I was not planning on staying in the room very much and it was exactly what I needed.

The neighbour looks scary BUT it's not. There is lots of people traffic and has a safe feel. The shampoo provided was a small amount for someone with lots of long thick hair, but it was replaced daily when the room was cleaned.

Very very clean location very friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but very clean the linen were spotless almost new changed every other day Great court year patio and pool

Loved the location for eating.

Could not get my breakfast orders correct, I was left to eat cold food after they talked about went went wrong with the order.
