The staff are nice, polite and friendly. Ready to help. A lot of effort is put into making guests comfortable and though it wasn’t as upscale as I expected, it ended up being a pleasant experience I would recommend.

Breakfast service can be slow as well as room service. I think food is a general downside for all inclusives. This should be looked into.

We were very happy with the resort. All the food was so diverse and well executed... I only had one meal that was disappointing. The Cafe being open 24 hours for pastries and fresh fruit and lattes was amazing! The staff was on point and so accommodating, remembering our names and drink preferences. We would definitely return. Especially since we didn't get to go on an excursion. The beach and location was very convenient and all the staff was so helpful in showing you where you needed to go, and where you shouldn't go.

I didn't like the constant peddling of wares by the beach merchants, especially since we bought this from them early on. I know the resort has no control over that though. I didn't like being kinda pressured into looking at the robe shares for a discount off an excursion. That was one of the reasons why we didn't book one, because we just wanted to go on an excursion without being pressured to do something else.

I give this resort a 5 star rating. Front desk staff, Reuben, Lorenzo, Andres, Mario, Raymondo, Nicolas and Miguel - their service was really impressive and so much appreciated. My husband had a hip replacement in Bucerías and all of the above staff were extremely helpful to me and my husband. - I couldn’t have done it without all the help they gave me. The food in their restaurants was excellent and great service from waiters Francisco, Enrique, Jorges and others. Our room cleaning lady Euginia was excellent. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely go back to this resort. Sandy C.

No complaints!

It was very intimate, yet not crowded. Wait time were nearly nonexistent. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt like the staff are trained well. During a thunderstorm, we were provided with umbrellas by staff, which was unexpected and a nice touch. Property has all amenities for a great stay. I really appreciated and enjoyed the adult pool and pool service. Very nice.

Construction was present but not an inconvenience. Still, it’s noticeable. Also one staff member was clueless and wrong about some local questions we had. Next time they should just say they don’t know and point to concierge. But other staff, including concierge, made up for this very well.

location was excellent, food and service were amazing as well. People commented on the construction going on during their stay, we had no issues with it whatsoever. It was actually not noticeable to us as we were out by the pool or in our room. The breakfast selection was great, with plenty of options for healthy, local cuisine, American or European options. We also enjoyed the different themed menus for dinner in the restaurant. For lunch, we liked the 24/7 option for sandwiches or salad. Our room was clean and although we didn't have a blanket on our bed the first night, housekeeping did bring extra up and was attentive during the rest of our stay. We were able to arrange our Covid tests at the hotel, which was very convenient for us and was emailed the results that same evening the night before our flight. They accept cash payments in pesos or US dollars. You can exchange money at the front desk as well. You are about 5-10 minute Uber drive to the Malecon and about 15-20 minute drive from the airport - all dependant on traffic.

Great location, beautiful views… Staff were kind and helpful, it is all inclusive and food was exceptionally good! They have a lot of variety and I think they have more on the weekends. We stayed for 4 nights and did not get bored of this place! Wonderful stay for a long vacation.

Only thing I did not like about this place is that sometimes I could hear loud noises from outside (even at night time) and one night I could hear someone snoring from the room next door!

Very clean, gorgeous sunset view, attentive staff. Some of the evening entertainment was really good for a resort (i.e. the dancers). The lunch menu is fantastic! We liked the Mirador restaurant much more than the Italian place. We were there for our honeymoon and just wanted to unwind, lounge by a pool, eat, and drink so it definitely served it’s purpose.

It’s still an all-inclusive resort at the end of the day and you get what you pay for, but I wish they would just be honest about the alcohol… they’re definitely not serving Don Julio or any top shelf spirits (unless they’re diluted beyond recognition) no matter what they claim. Also they could really use some fresh juices, or at least just orange. All that they have are sugary, syrupy concentrates.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

If we could have stayed longer! Seriously nothing could have been better, the staff were amazing! The food was so amazing. The entertainment was excellent! From the circus to the dancers to the Three Voices live music, the Mexican folkloric dancers, violin player, and live music in the bar. The incredible Mexican fiesta night was the best!
