Most beautiful pool and beach front. Rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing luxurious, but all you need. Staff are very attentive. We got coconuts from street vendor, brought them back to hotel and they cut them open and scooped out coconut meat for my kids.

My biggest complaint is not having space to dry out wet things. They don’t like you hanging towels (we’d gone out on a hike and brought our own quick dry ones) over railing on balcony. I understand that it takes away from the view for others, but we only did it overnight and removed in morning. Things do not dry in room and no one wants to put a wet suit on or pack wet things in suitcase.

Garbage cans in the rooms should be larger. They are way too small. It would be nice to have several bottles of water in the refrigerators in the rooms. Since there is no store in the hotel, one has to walk across the street to buy water and other snacks.

I didn't like the only Italian menu at La Palapa. The calzones were very tough and not delicious. There should be more variety of food choices offered for the evening meals. I would like more Mexican food at the Palapa. The breakfast buffet is fabulous!

The property was great, and staff was very friendly and kind starting from the moment that we were received by Eulogio he was extremely helpful and welcoming . Stephen checked us in and did great answering all the questions I had. From the cleaning ladies at the pool to the servers and the restaurants, everyone was great . I wish I would’ve got her name but the lady that hosts the activities for the kids was very friendly to the kids and welcoming . Some names that stood out where Angel from the beach cabanas he went out of his way to help us find shade while my daughters hair was getting braided. We also received a very beautiful anniversary dessert from Renada and Christopher. This has been an amazing experience, and I will definitely come back .

I wish there was a little bit more of a division between the construction and guests , We were walking right next to them constructing,

Friendly staff, nice pool, good A/C. Staff made us feel safe, bc they wrote down the Uber/Taxi numbers that we took on/off the premises. Pools were really cool, with iguanas hanging out all over. The grounds were well kept.

The noise from the construction was awful. We were on the 8th floor, and could not take a nap during the day. The drilling, jack hammer, banging noises etc happened from 8am-8pm.

Room clean, beach and pools beautiful and warm. Restaurants good, but expensive as to be expected. Lots of beach towels, grounds very well maintained. I had a service dog and was put on the ground floor, walk out onto grass and gardens, and the pool. Loved the location!

At the back of the building was a mess, with lots of sandbags (?) and trash. When we booked in, there were two rooms together, but one not cleaned. We checked several hours later , they said there was someone in it, so put the Fam in another room, at least on the same floor. Not happy. Beds are very small - as in double size - expected at least a queen.

I really liked the accomadations, didn't care for the connecting door, but besides that everything was good. Loved the breakfast buffet, very good. The staff was super! The pool was nice but I loved the beach area. Loved sitting under the umbrellas, the view and the breeze, and the food service. Thank you.

We liked the location and the setting. It was picturesque. Beach was nice.

Balcony door didn't have screen door. We wanted to leave the balcony door so we can hear the ocean but mosquito got us. The shower floor is not done properly the water gathers away from drain and had musty order. No fan in the bathroom.

Only one restaurant option for dinner. No entertainment. Would have been nice to hear some Latin music

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin. We came from a different hotel that had lost power during the hurricane. Walking into the Westin, we felt like we were in complete luxury. The staff was so warm and kind, our room was ready early which was amazing, and we got to enjoy a few days by the pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we loved the cocktails from the poolside bar. Our room had a beautiful view. Overall just an amazing stay! If you’re looking for a very relaxing stay in PV, this would be it!
