Late check-in was possible. Breakfast was good. Superb apple pie. Bathroom and shower cabin was decent size.

No air conditioning so with windows closed, impossible to sleep (too hot) and it's only end of spring. Room was economy. And with windows open, we received a room straight in front of flag poles, were ding diling is constant due to cables banging the poles. (room 315). So those who are sensitive with sounds, ask for a room to the other side of the main entrance and street.

All the facilities, breakfast, very kind staff, quiet.

A bit worn out at some places, and oldfashioned, also far from the city (10min ride with a car, but not reachable by feet), but the room was very comfortable. Everything you need is there.

The bathroom is good with big bathup amd enough towel. Big room with comfy bed and wardrobe.

The AC dont work so a bit hot inside the room at summer, and the curtains not blocking the sun.. All of us wake up early morning as the sun rises.

nice hotel, family friendly with kids corner on one of the floors and also in dining area. For off season they had decent Breakfast. They have quite large Sauna with Pool. Room were clean and friendly staff

There wasn't anything that we didn't like or enjoy.

This is a solid property that has become a little tired. Our room number 203 was spacious and there was a fan. The breakfast was excellent and the receptionist helpful. The lift was good. Plenty of parking.

There was no soap in the bathroom and no fridge. No english TV channels.

The hotel is located a short drive from the center of Cēsis, in a quiet suburban area. Excellent value for a short stay, and the surprisingly varied breakfast — especially considering the price — was a real highlight.

Good value and a short ride from Cesis. Restaurant has also a very good quality price ratio. Breakfast is just right amount and variation.

Was a bit warn in the room on arrival, but room has air conditioning.

It's not a perfect hotel, but it was one of the cheapest options in Gauja Park at our selected dates with included breakfast. In reality it looks much better than in photos. We expected some worn-out soviet style hotel, but got a normal 3 star hotel instead. Quiet and spacious rooms. We got one child bed and one baby cot for free. Staff was nice and helpful. There was cheap bike rent.

Main disadvantage is breakfast - although it was quite rich, but food wasn't tasty. There was no black tea. No coffee machine, just a tasteless coffee from thermos. Declared breakfast time is till 11:00 although if you come at 9:30 then some things would be gone. Restaurant/bar works only till 20:00 which is illogical because there are no other bars or restaurants nearby. No lounge or terrace. It was very hot in the rooms.

The hair dryer not working, room 106. Location is quite, but walls are.thin so if neighbours are noise might be an issue

all personel was very friendly! The meals were delicious!

Our family managed to find a time slot when we could enjoy the hotel privately. We also had a private sauna with a pool.
