Friendly staff. Beautiful location, nice views (beautiful garden), good size bedrooms, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Taking into account price, indoor pool, together with sauna and jacuzzi should be included with no additional charge. Pool was quite small and both - pool and jacuzzi - were packed with families. Didn't feel that additional charge was reasonable. Also, in rooms could be tea/coffee making facilities.

Countryside location - quiet hotel-comfortable beds-very good on site restaurant-outdoor pool and small spa-lovely vista and gardens!

Rooms and bathrooms dated no character - breakfast selection on the poor side-only plain coffee from thermos available no coffee options unless you pay extra-small pillows however a very good 3 star hotel-good value!!

One week before we arrived I spoke with hotel and said that my sister has a Birthday, and it would be nice to arrange some sparkling wine, fruits and flowers, and I can pay. She said - of course everything will be. But when we arrived, in the room was empty. I talked to reception, and she was surprised, she doesnt know anything. And I was waiting for an almost 1 hour, than they gave sparkling wine. That was sad.

Went for relax on Monday so it was less people and nice peaceful . Spa.

As it was monday and lots of rooms are free, You should learn from another good hotels around the world and Latvija give Your Guest room apgraide for free or late check out or... Its nice bonus and for You it does not make diference You clean double bed or single. It would make Me come back again and again. Not because of free stuff but because You care to do nice thing for Your guest.

Ezeri Spa is actually nicer than in the pictures, and great value for the money. The suites facing the incredible gardens were perfect for two adults + child, with a large balcony and swimming pool. The Spa is small but nice, and the location is perfect for any activities around the Sigulda area.

The Hotel was obviously built some time ago, and definitely needs some upgrades and renovation. The kitchen staff were not very knowledgeable and the food was average. The internet was terrible.

The hotel is in beautiful grounds and our room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and dinner in the restaurant was very good.

Breakfast options were quite limited and the spa facilities - indoor pool etc - were on the small side. Also, no elevator to upper floors which was challenging with two large suitcases.

Good SPA with sauna and steam sauna. Nice outside pool. Good restaurant serves delicious food, nice view from restaurant terrace.

Breakfast is dissapointing, poor choice. Was expecting much better choice from such a nice restaurant. Rooms on the third floor would not reccommend if your height is more than 180 cm

A cozy spa hotel with a very beautiful and well-kept garden in a naturally beautiful location. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the hotel offered a varied breakfast and we really liked the possibility of using the outdoor pool. We will definitely come back.

Good and rich breakfast! We had it on terrace with wonderful view! Very satesfied spa zone for such a little hotel. Big and beautiful garden. The gardeners are working - just marvelous! Very interesting planning of teritory - there are places just to be alone and relax.

Unconfortable beds- very hard mattress. Under bed sheet there was kind a plastic sheet, which rustled… Personally I dont like carpets on floors. There was no shelfs in bathroom. Most of the TV programmes - in Russian. Coffe beans type- just not my favorite.

The staff was very, very nice! Room was very clean and warm if it's needed, there was blackout curtains so it's was very dark in the night. SPA is pretty small but there wasn't much people so there was enough space. There is beautiful walking trail! Overally hotel is nice, clean and cute.
