The facilities were new and clean

The check-in process. The instructions on how to find the property and the room were not previously sent to me, so when I arrived at the property, since I had no internet connection in my mobile phone, I was not able to contact the place.

We stayed here during a cycling trip with a large group and couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff were incredibly helpful offering safe bike storage and answering our questions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommended for fellow cyclists! We also recommend renting the sauna/hot tub/grill area! It was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long ride.

The easy way to pay for the place and also get in to the room. It made the check-in easy and without stress. Also the free parking is great. The mattress of the bed was so good!

The communication from the staff, because it was slow and I did not understand what should I do. In the middle of the night it is hard to see where can you park or not. Was surprised by how small the room was (it did not make the experience less good) but the dust on the shelves was not really comfortable, had to clean it myself.

There was a kettle in the room - that was a nice surprise, because the breakfast is available only at the 10 a.m., and most people have to leave earlier and go on travelling. Restaurant is excellent! It was good that it is open in the evening, when you arrive and you are tired from travelling. Stuff was really friendly.

Because the breakfast is available so late (only 10 a.m.) it would be nice, if there was also a litle fridge in the room. Reception is in the restaurant, nobody was able to tell me how the television works in the room, but at least wifi did work.

Perfect location, no need to detour, but also there is big beautiful lake to have a walk. Different rooms to choose from. Good restaurant.

Blankets could be better, especially for the summer nights. Small refrigerator also would be a huge plus. Breakfast is too late for travelers.

I like for the price to have very nice place,i liked that i have nice view and clean separate bathroom but very clean and no issues. Only thing i didn't understand the netflix and i wish i could use that before going to sleep.

People at night were loud and wake me up few times. Maybe some sign that after 22:00 people should take it easy.

Good staff, fast check-in. Mostly good room restitution, time during the stay was OK. Fare was also OK.

No fridge or water cooker, no air conditioning nor a ventilator, temperature was hot, despite nighttime outside.

Nice view from the balcony, everything in room are clean and there was towels and hygiene utensils.

Loud doors, you need to share bathroom with others, so you can hear every door swing and even steps in hall. We stayed with 3 years old kid, to share a bed for family is not comfortable, but we stayed only for one night so it was okay.

Excellent rooms, very clean, nice bar and restaurant on site. Comfortable king size beds, rainfall shower, very modern furniture, check in was easy.

The price to get access to the sauna or hot tub was almost as much as it was to rent the penthouse suite? What? Absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and easy to talk with, the bar staff was not.

Nice location, clean and cozy rooms, TV has Netflix , free Wifi and a restaurant right next to the hotel. Staff was very nice and kind. Good value for money

Room was much smaller than looked in photos, most of the stay we didn't get shower gel and the only supplied tat were provided was hair conditioner and restaurant didn't have all the listed food/drink options, but maybe that's because of the holiday period. Sound isolation could be better as you can hear every single word from the other room.
