Really helpful and welcoming reception staff, we arrived a bit early and wanted to just ask if we could park the car and they already checked us in. It is quite convenient if you don’t want to drive around the city by car and public transport tram stop is almost in front of the hotel. The room and the beds were clean and comfy and quite quiet for being so close to the big main street. And it was okay to let us check out and still park the car for the next day.

Personally not a fan of the breakfast buffet, not many choices if you don’t/can’t eat meat, milk or eggs. There were 4 different breakfast cereal and only one sign saying there is milk in there as allergen, which did not seem likely for all. And I’m almost sure there was plant based milk, but calling “lactose free milk” is bit misleading, even though true.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty! We were very happy with the parking availability too.

The breakfast buffet was super busy in the morning and the hotel only had two people working the area (at least I did not see more), so the tables didn't get cleaned fast enough, dishes kept running out etc. No complaints to the people working, they were doing their best in the circumstances, but I felt really sorry for them and wish they had more help during the super busy morning.

There was a possibility to have a coffee or hot water from the same machine.

It was a dissapointment to byu a package of tea one glass for 2 Euro at the reception - too much way expensive and, most dissapointing that tea was produced and purchased form Russia - agressor country. Receptionist had a badge that the peson is from Ukraine, however, receptionist didn't speak Ukrainian. So he spoke Russian and English. I also heard a lot of Russion langayge around the hotel. I am not against any language Russian included, but during the agressive and fully unhuman Russia terror, usage of this langauge shall be limited.

Good price and quality balance. Hotel, was cozy. Although a bit worn down in interior ( bath tub buttons not working e.g. ) we knew what we were paying for and we're pretty satisfied. Free parking and really good connection was a major reason for choosing this hotel.

Clean and good place for few nights stay

There is no coffee or tea in room, very small canteen for breakfast and when hotel is full there is no place to sit.

The location was good. Room was clean.

I asked for the slipper and they answered that they sell it for 3 EUR. On holidays breakfast time is different and they didn’t inform me beforehand, so I missed the breakfast on the last day of my stay.

All as expected from this hotel. Nothing special but ok for just sleeping. Parking is on site when there is any room left.

This exact room was very hot and we had to cool it down with opened windows and electric fan. I have been in VEF many times, but I have never been in room with such problem.

Everything was perfect eojxcept for the lack of soundproofing.

The only minus - lack of soundproofing between rooms. The noise from next door and above was disturbing until 2-3 am.
