The room was very spacious and comfortable, we weren’t really expecting a separate living room, kitchen and bedroom situation so it was totally a nice surprise. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and served our purposes beautifully. There was even a Netflix account that you could watch tv and movies from! The location was very convenient, there were multiple busstops near, and you could also walk to the citycenter and old town in 10-20mins. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had some minor issues with the shower, but those were quickly taken care of.

We received a better apartment, than we booked, so keep in mind that this is not a review of apartment in semi-basement. The apartment we got was very specious with fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine in bathroom. The parking feels secure as it is behind a gate. The owners and people working in reception are very nice :)

After booking an apartment you receive an email which forces you to block some money on your credit card as deposit. They also ask you to give some personal details which I refused.

Our family was delighted with this wonderful apartment! Spacious and comfortable, with two cozy bedrooms and a large bathroom – perfect for a family stay. The living room is very comfortable, and the layout is ideal for relaxation. We also appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog along! We had a wonderful stay, but we did notice a few small things that could be improved. The kitchen had limited cookware – only two pots and a small frying pan – which made it a bit challenging to prepare meals. Additionally, there were no basic cooking essentials like sugar, salt, or coffee. It would be great if these items were available, as it would make the stay even more convenient.

The dish rack is small and is built-in over a wooden cupboard so water drips into the wood - it's not good so we had to clean dishes quickly. Some of the dishes when we arrived weren't clean so we had to rewash it too. Kitchen is very small but otherwise everything else is spacious. Bed and pillow wasn't the comfiest but it was ok.

Close to the old town and good connections. Felt safe. Good experience with the staff. Everything was available for a great stay! Easy to reach the town via line 51-52 and from and to the airport the lines 51/52 are in connection with line 22 to and from the airport. Riga is a gem!

The location is not easy to find and the access to the apartment complex goes trough a rough parking place.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was cozy with a separate bedroom. The bathroom is also quite spacious. Convenient parking in the yard. Our room was rented out as an Apartment with free parking. Сheck parking costs when booking.

The deposit is 100 euros (not a convenient service), but it was returned to the account after checking out within 24 hours (if you are careful and thrifty with the apartments and attentive to paid services), I think the deposit is justified.

The apartment was very nice with a lot of space. In general terms clean eventhough the kitchen was not fully equipted.

I consider unaxeptable the fact that for the first time in my life I was asked to pay an insurance before getting into the apartment. Ibelieve that Booking.com should reavaliuate these terms... It is the first time I saw something like this.
