We loved our weekend stay! The highlights included the friendly and accommodating staff, the peaceful park and lake just out the back, and our spacious, spotless room. But most of all, we enjoyed the dinners at the hotel’s own restaurant. I had the duck breast, served with a port wine reduction, broccoli purée, and chickpeas—a great combination. My husband chose the halibut, which came with sweet, delicate mussels, spinach, crab, and perfectly seared cherry tomatoes. Every bite was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the meal so much that the next evening, we ordered the same dishes—but swapped plates to try what the other had the night before!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which set the tone for a great visit. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was both cozy and spacious, offering plenty of room for us to continue celebrating a birthday party after leaving the banquet space (due to the music curfew at 11 PM). It was the perfect setting for a relaxed and intimate gathering with some of our guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and breakfast the next morning was excellent—delicious and satisfying! Overall, this hotel met the expectations in terms of service, comfort, and hospitality. I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Great as always. Been visiting the hotel for years and the quality remains. - Comfortable rooms and beds - Kettle and mini fridge in the room - Very friendly stuff - BIG buffet breakfast with plenty of variety - Best ever breakfast playlist that slowly wakes you up - been admiring and Shazaming the songs for years 😁

- The WiFi connection was sometimes choppy. - Hotel restaurant is tasty, but rather fine dining and expensive, meaning the portions are rather small.

Breakfast was superb. Variety and freshness. They also opened the terrace as the weather was warm, and the view over the lake and the garden was fantastic. The room and bathroom were bigger than expected, with nice view. No charge for car parking. Restaurants and Cafes very close by car, nice and comfortable. I booked a massage and it was very good, masseur spoke English as well. It was easy and practical, the place is just upstairs 2 floors, and you can wear the robes and slippers provided in the room.

The garden could have some dim/led lights so guests can enjoy a stroll on the garden and lake after dinner. It is so dark that walking alone was a bit scary.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, has enough parking spaces and an elevator. I requested a crib, and it had been prepared - and as the room was huge, we had plenty of room despite the baby crib. Breakfast was tasty and with multiple options. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again!

The hallways and the room were a little too dark for my liking. And due to the location, the traffic background noise never stops.

Staff were great. Lovely and helpful. The room was big and had all you would expect for what we paid. The bed was comfy. The restaurant was exceptional ... fantastic food (the duck breast deserves a Michelin star). It was my wife's birthday, and the staff surprised us with a small bday cake. The serving staff went above and beyond. The evening view of the lake was beautiful with dinner. Only slight criticism ... ver limited wine list with poor reds and only 2 did whites (a German Riesling and a NZ sauv blanc). Before booking I had read online about their fantastic in house sommelier. There was no evidence of any sommelier when we had wine. I noticed in the baltics that wines are poor ... how come? Surely tax free choices from regions as far apart as The Balkans & Portugal! Free onsite parking is also a big plus.

We like everything. The hotel personnel was polite, the room was nice, the dinner was really cool: it seems there are many people come from city to have a dinner in this hotel because of advanced kitchen. For us this hotel became an ideal place to make a night-stop during long car travel trip from Finland to south. Same place we stayed on the way back.

I personally have no idea what to improve. Guess all the previous "what can be improved" comments were implemented.

breakfast variety was superior, definitely exceeded out expectations. I have never seen such huge variety of food. Booked room was wonderful. SPA booking that we chose for a couple massage was relaxing and we both enjoyed it a lot.

There is only one size for the bath robes they offer, which is a S-L size. Even though the hotel offers spa & massages for men - no man a normal size could fit in any of those robes. When calling reception, answer was - that is our only size. Question is - for such a beautiful hotel that offers these type of commodities... WHY? That is definitely something they should think about as my partner did not feel comfortable..

I was positively impressed with hotel quality. Yes, 4 stars, but not always stars represent the reality. + Clean room, convenient bed. + Positive & respectful employees, :) +++ Special thanks you to Chef & kitchen employees, such reach and interesting breakfast. Usually, I don't eat breakfast, because selection is boring and very typical. In Baltvilla, selection of meals was very interesting and tasty. You can see that chef, really thought about the guests.
