The hotel is located just in the center of Puerto Jimenez and walking distance to all main attractions. It has a shared kitchen with many appliances. The stuff was really friendly and accommodative, they kept your bags while we were traveling to Corcovado national park.

The room has really thin walls, although our windows were not to the street we still heard a lot of noise coming from motorcycles, dogs barking all the night. Since we had a early trip next morning having a good sleep was crucial for us, luckily we had earl plugs, but noise might be a problem for someone who does not have it. I heard similar complain from another person I met at the hotel. We had as well a small confusing with the staff regarding paying for parking our car - during picking up our car, we were told that we need to pay in cash USD, not coming from the US we simply did not have any USD and it was not mentioning during the time when we were parking our car. We managed to solve it with the stuff by using a credit card, but still it somehow felt a bit like miss communication.

We loved how clean and fresh it smelled. This hotel is fantastic. We messaged late night (on Christmas) after checking in to a place nearby that we weren’t satisfied with. They said the security guard will be made aware and warmly welcomed us to come stay. It’s noisy with the road outside but that doesn’t bother us. The place is so clean, air con works beautiful (and it is so humid in December here) We asked in the morning if we could stay another night and they managed to find us a room (equally beautiful) When we came back the new room has a little merry Christmas message and chocolates. They really go the extra mile here and everything smells AMAZING and fresh. Thank you.

Nothing! ..noise from road but again, doesn’t really cause us any problems

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a central, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Would definitely book here again!

The staff was very nice, the rooms are a little small, but we stayed only for 1 night before our trip to Corcovado national parc - very good choice for this purpose. There's a kitchen which everybody can use - coffee and tea included. We could leave our suitcases in the hotel and park our car on a safety courtyard for 10$ during our trip to the national parc.

The aircon worked and was beautifully quiet (it was so hot and humid in July, we had to have it on all night and whenever we were in the room during the day). We liked the fact that we could use the downstairs kitchen to make a tea or coffee whenever we wanted and the bed was also very comfortable. Even though it rained really heavily at times, the balcony at the front remained dry, so we could sit out and watch the storms. It is an easy walk to the bus terminal, the meeting point for tours and the bakery/supermarket, which was great for us.

The street outside could be quite busy and noisy at times, even with the window closed.

The street and outside of the building do not accurately reflect how lovely it is inside. The building is quite modern and clean throughout. It was nice to have the option to make coffee and tea or use the kitchen area for breakfast. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She helped us contact a previous stay where we left a bag and she booked us in at Sloth Tour - La Perica, a highlight of our holiday. Several nice restaurants within walking distance were recommended. Lovely cafe on the main street for early morning coffee and goodies.

The parking situation is a little tricky so if using the parking lot be sure to inform them if you need to leave early so that your car is parked correctly to get out and not be blocked. Room was small and had a verandah area outside our window but the folks out there did not stay late so it was quiet when we went to sleep.

Very nice, modern hotel in the center of Puerto Jimenez with everything you need: air conditioning, fridge, kitchen with supplies and coffee, nice views and common areas, very friendly personnel, luggage storage during your trip to Corcovado National Park. Muchas gracias por todo :)

The staff was making sure every day for three weeks to make my visit as pleasant as possible. The shared areas and kitchen gave an opportunity to meet other travelers and exchange ideas for activities in Puerto Jiménez. The hotel is excellent for different tourists ranging from eg. backpackers to families.

The place was comfortable, clean and conveniently located. It had a kitchen for common use which was convenient, and a possibility to do laundry

We extended our stay for one more night and agreed to switch to a smaller room for one night, so that we do not need to move the rooms during our stay (the larger room we booked initially was occupied for the additional night we extended). We still needed to pay the price of the bigger room for one night despite staying in the smaller one, which was a bit surprising.
