Besides the location, everything is just wonderful.

Amaka is placed right at the sea and everything is wonderful, as long as you just look out on the golf. If you look inland, though, you see basically just a construction sight. Also, the nearby lounge (which has the same owner) plays loud music in the evening that challenges the music at Amaka. The owner should really do something about that, as it is quite uncomfortable having to listen to two types of music at the same time.

The restaurant food was very good BUT it was ridiculously over priced. When they ask, did I want a glass or bottle of water I never dreamed I'd be charged $10. for a bottle. All the food was good or I would have thrown a fit at the outrageous prices. It was the only place to eat so they had you at a disadvantage. I expect high prices in a resort but this was just not right.

The location was beautiful, loved the ocean front view. The rooms were clean and spacious, the beds super comfortable, the place beautiful. Would definitely stay here again! The environment was quiet and serene.

The restaurant wasn't really great for dinner, breakfast was good. Our food came out cold, and not great value for the price. Since it's a part of the complex, it would be nice if they were to improve.

It is probably the nicest place in town. Convenient for my boat pickup. They had laundry service, which I needed. Can't say the properties around it were nice. Big rooms and actually had television. They actually turned down the outside music when asked. All in all, it was good.

The laundry soap was super strong. Made the whole room smell.

The hotel is small located in the Marina Bahia Golfito. The staff is incredible. The restaurant is impressive and it has a lot of options in the menu and the bar.

I don't have any constructive feedback to be honest, everything was more than perfect during out stay.

No place to swim. They should have a pool since they have no beach. The hot tub was under maintenance and we were not informed when we checked in.

Location, the views, the quality of construction were all great. The staff was incredible.

The Reception/ Front Desk area could be more open and available. It was often closed during the day and always closed at night

Friendly staff. beautiful location. Restaurant was so-so, but made up for it with the water side views.

Not much to do aside from the marina so be sure to book a boat.

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The rooms were gorgeous, well thought and immaculate. The hotel is at a Marina, which makes the whole building very nice and charming. Good range of breakfasts to choose from. You are offered a menu with different types of breakfast and you choose 1 from it. Gorgeous views.

The only thing but I could think of is that the marina is not fully finished and they were building some kind of rooftop pool/jacuzzi and the common resting area was still being finished as well. The breakfast choice was good, but If you were still hungry after your choice of breakfast, you had to pay for the additional breakfast order.

Where they put it and arriving at night that was interesting. Under construction I was a little put off at first, that should have been put in the advertisement UNDER CONSTRUCTION
