Close to the beach has a restaurant inside the hotel. Many employees who do their best to make the resort still taken care of. The staff accommodated my request to change the room because there is no network and no WiFi.

Unfortunately the resort is dated and if you don't have a car is quite far away from everything. The restaurant has only frozen food, which is a pity for the position. Also either you close the mosquito net (that has no block) or you close the windows - which means suffering the warm or not feeling safe with only the mosquito net. The structure is next to a road so cars come and go and as a solo travel is was just not what I needed. Additionally, I asked for the opportunity to have a massage (it's a resort right?) but they never came back to me with answers. Apparently not a service they provide.

The shared facilities were lovely, clean and modern. Especially the pool area. Staff really friendly and helpful Wonderful beach view/location

The hotel was more remote than I realised (not explained in details). Ideally needed a car to go from the hotel to anywhere else including the nearest town Puerto Jimenez approx 15min car ride away. A taxi cost $25 one way which is very expensive. My room could have done with updating, especially the bathroom.

This is a wonderful resort with a large pool and a swim-up bar, located right on the beach. Swimming here is pure pleasure—just watch out for jellyfish. Breakfast is included and comes with a beautiful ocean view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Good-quality Wi-Fi was available only near the pool and restaurant. Unfortunately, it wasn’t usable in the room, but that turned out to be more of a plus than a minus for our visit

Beachfront like no other / swimmable sea / spacious clean accomodation / attended to daily by conscientous staff / clean + adequate pool for hotel size with new bar being installed / sociable host who is constantly updating the grounds, staff and environment / close to nature / iguanas / macaws / howler monkeys / butterflies - just great ! We extended our stay as we liked it so much !!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect: the comfort, the restaurant, and especially the warm and attentive welcome from the entire staff. A special mention goes to Manager Chris, whose professionalism and kindness made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

Very private and quiet location. The room was very large with a nice, large attached bathroom and a wonderful balcony with great jungle and pool views. The quality of this facility is superb and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Access to the area required travel on an unpaved road. It was totally worth it once we arrived.

It is a wonderful property right on the beach. It is very quiet and has great views of the jungle. Our room was large with a big attached bathroom and great balcony. Great quality.

The road to access the property is unpaved and full of potholes but worth the ride once we got to the property.

Location

They put us up in cabin way up the steep hill which was exhausting and not at all indicated in the booking description of Booking.com which they claim is a problem of not reading the description correctly which BS. They clearly treated us that had booked through Booking as inferior guests

Location right on the beach, endless stretches with very few people. Good swimming in the ocean. Very nice pool, big and deep. Generous dinner portions and tasty.

The hotel was built a while ago and one can see it. Breakfast was very basic, no fruits. No chairs or anything on the beach.

Superb location with a great sized pool. Carol welcomed us and couldn’t be more helpful organising all our requests. Chris was also fantastic, helping us enjoy a brilliant Christmas,

Lack of fruit at breakfast, but it sounds like this is getting sorted :)
