The room was nice, but we are older and would have preferred a room on the first floor instead of the third in the middle of the building because it required a lot of walking to and from the elevator and the room and exit. The breakfast was good but they had the utensils facing up so people were touching the side you eat with instead of the handle side which isn't very sanitary. And the bed was okay but it had "grooves" worn in it from people sitting and laying on the edge of it so it made you want to roll out of the bed if you slept to close to the edge, and the pillows were terrible they were tiny little rocks, no give in them and to small to try and fluff up and spread out. Great for looks, but terrible for function.

If you look at the comment above you will see what I didn't like and what I feel you could have done better. Over all our stay was okay but there is definitely room for improvement. Just getting into where the hotel is if you are traveling in the wrong direction can be a problem.

Location, the view of the lake, mountains, new LDS Temple was breathtaking from my room-especially at night, affordable, room size was beyond excellent, very clean, tasty breakfast provided, pool and hot tub exceptional-maintained very well, kind staff, check in process was quick-easy-efficient, check in attendant was very friendly, hospitable, and helpful, comfortable bed and size, all the amenities were great, and more! I give this specific La Quinta on parkway Orem 5/5 stars easily!! Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean and has a good location. Room rates were reasonable, staff were friendly. The property has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, a free breakfast in the morning, and free coffee and tea. They do not take cash at this property, only debit or credit cards.

One morning it seemed like everyone in the hotel was taking a shower at the same time. When we were trying to take a shower, the water never got hot.

Good choices for breakfast. Staff was very accommodating. The toilet kept clogging. After failed attempts and buying a plunger ourselves to no avail we let management know and they were very kind and understanding and put us in another room right away.

The hallways and breakfast dining are were very cold all hours of the day and night. The laundry facilities were in desperate need of upgrades and was a bit pricey.

Clean and updated.

The shower faucet wasn’t working - it only did super hot water. The in-unit AC also didn’t work great. It couldn’t cool down the room. We were only in the room for a quick 10 hour turnaround between layover flights so we didn’t bother to report these issues to the staff. Had we planned to stay longer we probably would have switched rooms so we could shower without 2nd degree burns.

Cathryn at the front desk was amazing. I forgot to request a walk in shower when I booked the room for my 90 year old mom and myself. When I got there she checked our booking and found it was a step in tub shower. She checked available rooms and then ran up to check for one that had a shower. It was above and beyond awesome. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean and inviting, so different from the hotel we stayed in the night before. Thank you.

Property was good I like how it’s hidden, there’s a lot of parking.

I paid reservations for a king bed for 5 days and when I got there they didn’t have king room so I was given a double bed. The ice machine on 3rd floor wasn’t working. The pool was dirty and a lot of chlorine. My room was full on bugs by the window where they didn’t clean the room properly. Bathtub was dirty so I had to put towels inside bathtub to step inside.

The bed was very comfortable. Property was clean. The pool was clean open and perfect temp. TV had lots of choices to watch. Hot water never ran out. Had washer n dryer for guests. Staff was more then willing to help me with anything I needed.

My room key kept going out and I had to get several made during my stay. Also my room door had issues with opening and then once opened it would slam shut and just be really loud it was also hard to open and that was due to the handle itself and nothing to do with the key card... I also had an electric scooter locked up with a heavy duty lock outside and it was cut off and stolen. The scooter was $699. And that has me very upset but that's not the hotels fault

The size & layout of the room were amazing! I loved that I did not have to dig out my charging station because there were several USB ports to plug directly into. The room was clean & overall comfortable.

The matress was kind of dippy & needed more support. Not sure if it was the water pressure or if the shower head was just awful, but I have a lot of hair & it took FOREVER to rinse the shampoo out.

Good breakfast. Convenient location, Right by Tesla superchargers and Walmart. The room was clean. There was a nice swimming pool where several families with children had great fun playing in the water.

The hallway carpeting had a bad odour. The room had wall to wall carpet. The took a 50 dollar deposit for a week. I don't see a good reason for holding deposit for one week. Refunding the deposit on the same day or the next day would be more reasonable.
