Very welcoming and nice reception staff. Good local tips about the island. Amazing the private pool is great overal. Very private villas. You barely see anything from the ones around you. Villa had multiple smart tv and kitchen was well equipped. Having a car is a must.

We had no housekeeping one day. For such a small complex that was a bit strange and not what you wanna see when you arrive after a long day. Also the overall clean of the villa could be improved (towels not folded for example). Breakfast is delivered to the villa with small treats which is nice but overall the quality should be better. . children.juice boxes is not what you imagine to get when you order juice.

Two containers assembled, equipped and transformed to give the impression of a villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small living room with a properly equipped kitchen. Acceptable WiFi which was a bonus compared to the difficult network in the Greek islands. Breakfast- they can provide at one price of 13 euros / person and will be "a la carte" they say, delivering some packed supermarket goods plus raw eggs- that you have to cook yourself. We said no, it seems pointless, with 3 euros spent per person literally we could do the same. Towels - we've been informed at check-in that bed sheets and towels will be changed every 3 days, which I found unacceptable during summer, having a pool and for a 4 star classification. After I've insisted, they accept the compromise of daily replacing towels (except last day when we've got just the shower towel and not the one for face use). Despite they advertise possible with extra charge , cleaning services of laundry and dry cleaning non existent . Water pressure - a bad joke . Barely dripping . Not a single bottle of water as complimentary . 4 tea bags, 4 nescaffe packets and 4 capsules from dolce gusto … cheapest possible and worst possible for my taste ! Ridiculous! Never refilled for free anyway. Toiletries never refilled during our 5 days stay! Signs of wear and tear( ripped curtain, stained sofa) . Superficial cleaning in and out, maids are always in a hurry, never cleaned the ashtray or washed glasses of coffee cups. Confortable mattress and pillows , A/C that worked properly. Not disabled persons friendly. Also not friendly for people with luggages, few stairs and also ramp/ slope. The villas are located on the hill, 2 parking lots , one at Lower Level and another at upper one . Difficult for those who are allocated villas at intermediate levels for luggage , reduced mobility . Swimming pool cleaned daily.

Amazing place to stay. The villas are lovely and with a pool makes them just fabulous. You're provided with bread - yum, pasta & tomato puree if you don't fancy going out. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are big enough. Air con works so that's a massive bonus. The breakfast is just amazing, the Greek Yoghurt & honey is the best on the island, you select what you want the day before, the feta salad is lovely too, just outstanding. They provide a lovely bottle of Robola wine as well. Marina and her colleague are so helpful and friendly , they really go above and beyond to help their guests. They also arranged the airport transfers which was really helpful! Will definitely stay there again, can't fault it.

We had a wonderful stay at Erolidae Villas! The place looks exactly like the photos, beautiful, clean and well designed. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, greeting us with a lovely bottle of local wine and a handcrafted fridge magnet when we left, which was a really nice touch. The location is great, but you’ll definitely need a car to get around. It was peaceful and quiet during our stay, which made it even more relaxing. We’re looking forward to returning!

The only slight downside was the quiet location, so having a car is essential.

Kelly and Nico were fantastic! Very welcoming, accommodating and gave good tips for us to make the most of our holiday. The villa is nicely designed and well equipped, with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset in the evenings. The villa complex itself is designed in such a way that guests have privacy. The beds and pillows were super comfy! We had a great time, thank you!

We loved it at the villa and were very happy with our choice. There were just a few minor things that could have made it an "exceptional" stay. It would be nice to have some outdoor lights so you can enjoy socializing on the terrace long after sunset. The sun loungers and bean bag were very dusty. And bare in mind there is no dishwasher, so if you enjoy lunches and dinners at the villa you will spend a decent amount of time also washing up on your holiday!

It was very spacious and great having our own pool. The staff were very helpful, and responsive. There was always plenty of parking so that was not a concern at all. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. You do need a car to even go to the nearest restaurant or shop, but there is a nice coffee shop pretty much next door. The area itself is peaceful and relaxed, so perfect for escaping crowds or noise.

There were no major issues and any questions were quickly answered via WhatsApp.

The hotel was beautiful and always clean! I loved the private villa aspect so it felt very peaceful :) The staff were brilliant, Kelly was so lovely and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat, beaches to see etc; My mum is disabled and Kelly helped us with picking a disability friendly beach, meant a lot to my mum. Breakfast was perfect for me, i loved how it was always brought in little hamper / baskets - and at a chosen time as well so was ideal for days I wanted to sleep in or get up early to explore. The beds were really comfortable - waking up was hard because I just wanted to curl up all morning :)

We discovered this amazing place after experiencing noise issues at a previous property, which threatened to ruin our holiday. Determined to salvage the trip, we came across Eroldae Villas, and it was the best decision we made! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the lovely Kelly, whose hospitality went above and beyond. She made us feel welcome and ensured every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself was stunning—immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was also blissfully quiet, offering the perfect environment to relax. The pool was a highlight—crystal clear and so inviting! Our package included breakfast, which was a delight. We simply ticked our selections the day before, and it was delivered promptly the next morning. Kelly often added a thoughtful personal touch, such as warm pastries or fresh fruit, which made our mornings even more special. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Eroldae Villas offers beautiful accommodations and exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable stay.

The welcome from Nikko was lovely, just what you need after a long journey, showing us around our villa, the welcome pack of food and tea and coffee and even bottle if wine was unexpected as was the quality of the villa It was clean , continued to be cleaned throughout our stay and tea and coffee topped up each day including, towels slippers anx robes Thank you to the cleaning team and the reception team who all went out of their way to make our holiday special

There was nothing we didn't like exceeded our expectations Kefalonia is a beautiful island and this little cluster of high quality villas was exceptional, beautiful setting and peaceful

The welcome/check in was the best we’ve ever experienced. Good location to access lots of places. Overall, very good and good value.

The beds were quite hard and not the most comfortable. They were just ok. Extremely bad smell in parking area. Occasional bad smell (drains) in villa. This isn’t unusual for Greece though! The breakfast was ok - and a nice touch for it to be brought to the villa. Some hot options - perhaps bacon/sausages/eggs… coffee in a cafetière or a pot of tea would have been nice. There were eggs, but you had to cook your own. No small saucepan to cook them in if you wanted them boiled. No small dishes to serve the big bowl of yoghurt into.
