Excellent facilities, room was clean and nice. Room service staff very professional

The assistant manager at the restaurant for breakfast was not that of a five star hotel. From the hotel written communication, last order in the restaurant was 10:15 and that breakfast would finish at 10:30. We arrived at the restaurant at around 09:30 and wanted to finish our fruits and appetizers before ordering eggs for the main course. The assistant manager came around to push us to order and told us that the last order was 10:00. When we said that it was not what was written in the hotel communication, he showed a displeased face and kind of still wanting to push on. He only left when we told him that we would order later. It was a very unpleasant experience early in the morning.

Great service and friendly staff Outstanding views Great onsen facilities Room was very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding, nothing seemed run-down or old. Appreciated the little efforts to recognise our honeymoon. Very relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole hotel.

Food options at the buffet were good but not outstanding. Quality was there but feel like should be more options based on the price. Staff were rushed keeping up with breakfast and both days had times where there were no glasses for drinks. Desserts at dinner were in small dishes that the spoons would not fit into.

Very nice view and location overlooking the Beppu Bay. Design of the hotel is very comfortable, chic and casual luxury. Room is very beautiful and the restroom is awesome (very spacious). The onsen and view are very nice.

Nothing I don’t like in particular. I just hope the booking is specified saying the room view is not facing the Beppu Bay, since I booked the room with the expectation to see Beppu Bay from the room balcony. The booking website didn’t specify so I thought all rooms are facing the Beppu Bay based on the pictures available.

Breakfast is Fair but not Stunning. However, Accommodation & Facitities, Hotel Environment is AMAZING! Very Model & Grand Grade! AMAZING ROOM, Bathroom & toliet I trust it's the Best & most Top in BEPPU! Very Impressed & Must come Again!

Not sure if any Shuttle bus service from Town to Hotel, otherwise, only one point is traffic, you'd better rent car for traffic.

Amazing facilities with great details in minds. It was far better than we expected. The dinner at the Atlier was one of the best fine dinning experience we had.

I was staying at the fourth floor. The food smell was coming from the Element restaurant.

Everything was brilliant. Only please expect to pay an Onsen fee regardless of use. The stadff were exceptional esp Hashan ,Ami, Chamut, and Navid.

No shuttle service by the hotel for guests as hotel is far from city

Perfect location, superb view overlooking the town and bay. Friendly and professional staff. Multitude of choices for breakfast, both Japanese and Western. Oita beef steak..a must try in an elevated and refined atmosphere at Atelier & Bar.

Pillows pillows… there should be more selection of different types of pillows and it would have made our stay a really enjoyable one.
