Nice rooms overall Nice Manager Most perfect location - close to everything - train station, grocery is 2min away, incognito restaurant is downstairs, most sites are walkable, close to harbour, close to shops for clothes. It's ridiculously well located.

No bin in the shared area which is understandable due to pest potential Steep stairs, thankfully it's on the first floor

Location is ideal; right in the centre of the Yenne Piazza, an area filled with bars, restaurants, sores and boutiques. Could not have been better located; easy to walk everywhere from where we were.

Pillows were a little too thick for my taste, and unfortunately, the A/C broke down the last day of our stay. This is not the host's fault and I'm sure he is getting it fixed. But other than that, the room/amenities were fantastic and the location was absolutely perfect.

Clean and tidy and the host was always available on the phone. Smooth check in and check out we asked to stay 40min longer and that was no problem, flexible host and we appreciate that! The location is amazing close to the piazza or to be exactly on the piazza but the room (window) was good and kept the noise out

Maybe the pillows were a little bit to high

We rented it just a for a night before going to our main hotel but I wish I could have stayed more. The location is perfect, there are lots of bars, restaurants, very nice ice cream store right downstairs and it’s full of people, very vivid. The room is big clean and tasteful. Really loved it , very elegant decoration.

I liked everything

Central location overlooking a busy square but soundproofing was excellent. The decor and room was amazing in a beautiful old building. Mauro the manager was extremely helpful. The communal kitchen had a free coffee machine and amenities if you want to make food.

Fabulous central location, comfortable & clean with convenient cheap parking close by.

Shared kitchen was unexpected (but maybe I didn’t read the info correctly) great if you are a group of 3 couples sharing a common space. Locks on each bedroom door & thankfully our neighbours were quiet so we were not disturbed.

The position in Piazza Yenne is very central and convenient. I had the double standard room which was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Mauro, was very kind and helpful. He answered immediately to my enquiries and let us take the luggage in before check in time. Would book the same room again.

The bathroom extractor fan was noisy.

Easily walkable area near universty. The room was very nicely decorated. Directly above Piazza Yenna with lots of activity. Great Aperol Spritz at Cruda downstairs. Would stay again.

At night the Piazza is very noisy but with the windows closed the soundproofing was good. No trouble sleeping. The area with the safe was dark as were the 20 stairs up to BnB. Moved a lamp to be able to read the safe numbers.

We could spend our three nights in Luxury Loft of the same owner, a bit further away. Great place in also a great location, perfect for a visit to the old town. Mauro helped us to get a great parking space and a very good local restaurant. This is really the place to stay of you want to experience Cagliari!

Comfy bed, great size room and bathroom. Easy check in process/seamless. Great location and great restaurants right outside!

Didn't quite realize it was a shared apartment with different rooms within the apartment. However, it was fine.
