The morning breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The menu was full of other delicious food for lunch and dinner. Our waiter David was very good.

The room I got was smaller than the one I had last year. The price was the same. Initially had problems getting the TV to work. Also the air conditioning was not up to par. Called about it & was told it was problems with the main unit on the roof. It never cooled the room properly for my 10 day stay. Definitely need to get this problem solved.

This hotel is very close to the bus terminal. The rooms were very comfortable. The front desk staff was excellent. I had made a mistake and they helped me fix it and we’re so patient with me, Jose Luis, and the gentleman who is working with him that night were awesome, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic! They had eggs, cheese, various fruits, juice, coffee, and more. The dining area is very comfortable and it was a great way to start a busy day.

When travelling back from Manizales Caldas Colombia to Boston the stopover at GHL was very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and did everything they could to make our short night before our 5am flight comfortably. Nice shower 🚿, good bed 🛏️ and above all very kind Colombian staff

Of course also in Pereira (like all over in the USA) drugs are an issue, so be kind and stay present when going out in the city of Pereira

The location is excellent if you want to stay in the middle of downtown Pereira. There is nightlife and some ok restaurants in the area, although the better restaurants and nightlife tend to be on Av. Circunvalar which is about a 30 minute walk or a quick taxi ride. Downtown can be a little nerve-wracking to walk around at night.

Room could have been a litte larger, the wifi could have been faster and more stable. Otherwise it was all fine.

The service at the reception was really helpful and the main asset of the Hotel. The location is central but loud. The rooms are old and nothing special, but really ok for 60 USD per night including breakfast. The breakfast was not so good. Enough to find something but it would be easy to improve.

The bathroom needs improvement

The location was in the central commercial district which made it great for shopping. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was good but with not many offerings.

The air conditioning in the room seemed to run all the time and the touchscreen would let you adjust the temperature and fan speed however it wouldn’t get the temperature below 25c /77f. To warm for good sleeping.

The location is great, it is situated close to most of the things that you would like to do in Pereira. Very close to supermarkets and even drugstores. It's only 5 min away (with a taxi) from the circunvalar (area full of clubs, restaurants and shops). The breakfast is truly delicious and you can get a lot of traditional Colombian food. The staff is great and will truly help you and go that extra mile. I really want to thank Jose Luis and Andres from the front desk for everything! They are great people.

The only thing that could be better is the elevator (the sensor wasn't working well) yet this is a problem that will be fixed soon, and that the Spa is being maintained on Sundays (something that I discovered there).

Nice room, gym, sauna and steam room and great breakfast

I wouldn't stay in this location again, it was my first time here and I didn't know where to stay. You are right down town, and there are lots of prostitutes and crack heads everywhere. Do not walk alone at night

The location is in the center of town. It can get shady at night but lots of commerce if that’s your thing. The breakfast was AMAZING ! Everything fresh and tons of choices. The staff was lovely and parking plentiful for a very small fee. We stayed there twice. Enjoy

Central location on the main street of Pereira Well sized and comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was decent though they could add fresh a la carte egg service Very friendly staff at reception

Bathroom was somewhat outdated and had a visitor in it the last day of my stay Hotel is used a lot for conventions so make sure your room doesn´t overlook the glass ceiling from the convention room as it will be noisy until the events end.
