Very comfortable bed (important). Staff exceptionally helpful and amiable.(a credit to their profession). Excellent kitchenette. Nice hot shower. Great wide-screen HD TV you can watch in bed. (if you're lazy like me). If you're a smoker like me, you just have to open the door and you have a secluded garden-type area if you're on a north-side chalet. Clean, compact, warm, and comfortable. Ideal for my purposes. Have been here twice before as a single. Love it to bits. Quiet, despite being central. Very near facilities, including all-night supermarket and excellent take-away, from Thai cuisine (Thai Kitchen), best kebabs in Enniskillen (Mojo's), Macdonald's, and Kenny's fish & chips. Almost makes the kitchenette obsolete! Good supply of tea, coffee, and sugar. Delightful stay.

This was faultless. Nothing wrong at all. Could have happily lived here all my life!

Hotel room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The receptionist on duty -Diane - was very friendly and informative. Location was ideal for exploring the town. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice including pancakes. The cooked breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Theres a notice in the lift that there is a quiet time between 10pm and 8am which is very thoughtful. And indeed it was very quiet at night. Slept well in a very comfortable bed. Will definitely return in the summer.

Staff all very welcoming and helpful, i travelled for work so needed to be on site early each morning so was not going to be able to have breakfast, they opened the kitchen early in order to prepare me a cooked breakfast each morning before leaving. highly recommended 10/10

Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also the breakfast was outstanding. Very enjoyable stay.

Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff. Top professionals with the human touch. Immaculate. Perfect sojourn for my needs. Comfortable bed. I like this place and often stay over on my travels through Enniskillen onto Mayo.

Trivial things, I suppose. Would have liked some complementary biscuits to go with the tea when I arrive after a long journey. Some extra basic condiments like salt & pepper in the kitchenette. Some shower gel, etc. in the bathroom. Fails a tad on the important little things like that. Also, would like a noon checkout, but that's just because I'm a sleepy-head in the morning!

To be fair I have stayed before and this time round was just as good..now didn't have breakfast as we were out that night before so cannot comment on that bur the room was fab..clean coffee water in fridge ...so happy out..so I recommend the hotel...Great location..

While I do recommend this hotel I would not stay in their motel as I was told they are letting the homeless stay there..plus as we drove in we saw a couple of guys smoking whatever outside in the motel..I will just say I wouldn't say there but I am glad to see someone helping the homeless ..so good for them plus it did not impacted on our stay and I will go back got the 3rd time..

The staff were exceptionally friendly from the moment we walked in the door. We loved being able to bring our dog with us. We had a lovely coffee in the room the next morning and the breakfast in the main hotel was great. My favourite was the pancake maker!

Truth be told we liked everything but if we were going to stay for a week or something during the summer it would be nice to have a little eating area. Maybe chairs and a table out the back door or something. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

The beds are so comfy. and room lovely and warm, we ran out of milk, as we made T, I went down to the receptionist and asked for more milk, The gentleman that was on, gave me a handful, Also ram out of toilet roll, went down too reception and the girl that was on, gave me 2 rolls. And breakfast was lovely and warm. what a selection of food !!! and lovely refreshing apple. juice. Thanyou for your hospitality, all being. well, we hope to come down again next year.

The check-in service was wonderful as staff were kind and accommodating. The beds were ample size and the room came with complimentary water and coffee/tea. The breakfast was one of the best I've had. We had 2 vegans and 1 vegetarian in the group, so they went out of their way to ensure that we had a cooked breakfast too. Very close to the city centre and right beside Tesco. We didn't have a car, but they even have a charger for electric cars! Great stay and better service! Thanks a lot!
