Lovely room with view of street. Reception staff were very accommodating for an earlier check-in and happily gave information on the river walking track. Bed was very comfortable.

I found the food and service in the restaurant to be underwhelming. In the morning when I went for breakfast I was directed to a table and then proceeded to watch staff clean tables and not even bother to give me a menu. I waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. Very poor service.

My husband and I got sick during a long awaited vacation to N Ireland and the staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They gave us pitchers of water with ice (yes we are from the US), real milk for our tea and offered to upgrade us to a larger room at no extra charge (we were too exhausted to move). All in all, the staff embodied northern Irish hospitality. On a more ordinary level: The property is very centrally located in town and has a nice restaurant. It is clean and comfortable. Parking is a breeze. There is a cute little pub with traditional music across the way that we didn’t get to visit - but which looks fun.

I booked the room for family who came from Dublin for a funeral. They enjoyed the service, the room and the handiness of it to the centre of town. They loved the food in Rue.

I think for a small town like Omagh, rooms are a little overpriced, I checked a price for the same nights in Dublin and Belfast ( big cities) and both came in £20 or more cheaper for hotels in city centre. But both ladies , considering it was for a funeral, thought Rue was lovely

The hotel parking wasn't available as there was a fair on. This should have been communicated beforehand as I had enquired about parking . Used a pay and display just beside the hotel car park. Car parking location and availability should be noted on Booking.com rather than having to ask. Room was small . Nobody was on reception to check in so had to walk through busy bar to flag staff to assist.

Loved the location, so close to many lively bars which is exactly what we were looking for. Cost was very reasonable and staff were attentive. The little continental breakfast bags left outside our room in the morning was a nice touch.

We paid for a deluxe double room. The room was very small for a deluxe. I had emailed the property prior to booking to enquire about rooms and dining however no one replied to me. For that reason we didn’t get a table booked on time and had to eat elsewhere.

Very comfortable beds , rooms are lovely.

The restaurant staff need more training because they missed part of our order out three times. Ordered more drinks for the table and they didn’t bring them and charged us for them but when we brought it up the manager was cranky and said just take it off the bill . Made us feel like we were lying about not getting the drinks. We ate there 3 times , food was lovely but if they could sort out the service I would definitely give them 10 out of 10

The breakfast is just a continental breakfast which is dropped off at the door during the night as advertised. The room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable, the restaurant is very good for an evening meal.

Breakfast basic, but it's what was advertised so can't complain. Maybe could add information on which carpark to use, could have been communicated and I missed it but only a minor detail.

Handy location. Great sized room. Excellent facilities. Nice bar downstairs.

Cistern never stopped filling all night after chain was flushed. Thankfully we were that tired it didn’t disrupt us but could be annoying for some. Also shame there was no breakfast included for the price.

Loved Rooms at Rue. Great location, comfortable bed , hot shower, spotlessly clean , surprise complimentary continental Brekky in bag outside door in the morning. Food in restaurant on ground floor delicious. Great staff including Kirk and Angie who gave friendly efficient service .

Nothing all was excellent

Central location not having to use car. The food was excellent. Staff so friendly couldn’t do enough for us made our stay all the more special

There was no complimentary water in the room seeing as there was tea and coffee a bottle of water would have been nice.
