We recently enjoyed a lovely 2-night stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which really made a difference. The breakfast each morning was also a highlight, a tasty and satisfying way to start the day! Also another highlight was the the Cellar Bar for its food for our first night and it was exceptional despite the fact it was really busy. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing getaway.
An outdoor pool would be a fantastic addition to the hotel but it was honestly so great to have an outdoor hot tub, especially in the nice weather that we have gotten the past few days.

Beautiful grand decor was like being in a National Trust House, beautiful location, but still only 15mins from Enniskillen.Despite only having a classic room it was large, nice decor, comfortable bed and good bathroom . Food was excellent in Cellar bar/restaurant service quick and pleasant. Breakfast was beautiful in the Belleek Restaurant, full table service, no buffet or having to wait at those dreaded toasters. Menu was very adaptable we could pick and choose our own preferences. We didn't use the leisure club but the pool looked lovely handy little seating/reception area for people to sit/watch those in pool.
No price menus in bar areas or for Belleek Restaurant, no information in room of times of leisure club or food services. Smart TV wasn't set up properly so no access to Netflix etc just basic TV channels.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Manor House hotel and we were thoroughly impressed by its unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. Nestled beside Lough Erne the location is simply breathtaking, offering peaceful views and beautifully kept grounds—ideal for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with traditional furnishings that suit the historic character of the building. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. We had dinner in the Cellar bar which is a cozy wee spot for dinner and a drink. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic and the staff on duty could not have been more helpful. Breakfast the next morning was also fantastic with a great menu to chose from followed up by quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The reception team in particular were very warm and welcoming apon arrival.
Our short stay lol as we didn't get to sample the fantastic leisure centre the hotel had to offer

It's a fantastic hotel I really couldn't fault it at all. Fantastic views of Lough Eren. We had food in the hotel both nights and it was lovely. The first night in the cellar bar we had fish and chips and it was top notch. Second night we had our dinner in the Belleek restaurant for my wife's birthday and it was beautiful.Great selection of cocktails and drinks on offer with the most comfortable seats in the Water gate bar . The breakfast both mornings we had a great view of the Lough and the attention to detail from the staff was very impressive. We did the stairway to heaven which is a half an hour drive away and we came back to a beautiful dip in the pool as well as the outdoor Jacuzzi . There is also a steam room and a sauna. Definitely going back and I will make sure to bring the golf clubs and book the spa treatment well in advance.

Any issues were dealt with professionally. We were in room 103. When we arrived, there were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, the iron had been removed from the room, and one reading light did not work at all, and the other light could not be repositioned. The room was warm, and when we opened the window, there was a continuous drone from the boilers. There was heavy rain, and the gutters were overflowing with the water falling onto a metal surface. Even with the window shut, this could be heard and made sleeping difficult. We contacted reception, and staff checked the situation. We were moved to an upgraded room. Staff were very understanding and did not make us feel awkward about bringing the issue to their attention. We ate in the cellar bar in the evening and the food was excellent along with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere we enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was excellent. A very good selection of food with a well-thought organisational approach.

Superb accommodation! Everything you would desire for an accommodation in Ireland is here. Absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting! The amenities are first class and the staff are very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Take a step back into the lifestyle of the royal circle and experience the decor and ambiance that was a part of travelling to the country. We stayed one night but should have stayed longer.. Oh yes the food ! Both meals were delicious , with a terrific selection to meet all tastes.. simply a wonderful experience! Nothing

How spacious it was and the decor. The beds were really comfortable and we had a lovely view from the junior suite
Wish they had more hot tubs because there was a lot of people using them and felt like you had to wait ages to get in. I did think the hotel was going to be more for adults and didn’t expect kids there especially on a Sunday. So when we were in the pool, there were kids being loud, shouting and jumping in the pool. my boyfriend & I felt like we couldn’t relax and we used the night away to relax. We did travel 2hrs so we were ready to relax unfortunately

The room was beautiful and was a nice upgrade. No robes available for us in the room as apparently only some rooms had any. Reception said they would have a look for us and someone would bring them up to our room but no one came and there was no further communication about them which was disappointing. We found a few of the staff to lack customer service, a bit abrupt or totally ignorant to basic service. Drinks were very expensive, food was reasonable and good portions although menu was limited. Swim hats a must in the main pool but not required for children's pool, Jacuzzis or steam/sauna, very odd.
Staff attitudes and drinks prices & NO ROBES

Stunning hotel. The room was fab and so spacious, bed so comfy and no noise at night time. Hotel is gorgeous, love the cosy reading rooms with the roaring fire on. Breakfast fab. Food and drinks excellent. Probably the nicest Guinness I’ve ever had, and the Long Island Iced Tea in the cocktail bar is gorgeous. Staff all so kind and helpful, even when they’re run off their feet. Enjoyed the leisure centre too. Well worth it for a treat. Would highly recommend.

The leisure facilities were brilliant and spotlessly clean. We were very impressed with the room, it was spacious and practical. The TV over the bath was a nice treat. The hotel was very quiet which suited us. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and good service.
The room was lovey apart from a dirty bin left from the previous guest. There were hairs obvious in the bath tub (uncleaned). The pillows in the room are very soft with no additional pillows in the room. We had food in the Cellar Bar unfortunately we were waiting nearly an hour for a burger and a pizza. We enjoyed our overall stay, hopefully when we return we won’t experience the same again.
