We had a very pleasant one-night stay in The Ashwood House. It is a beautiful quiet location close to the town. Denise is a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming. She is always willing to help and answer to any question you might have. She served an exceptional breakfast in the morning, with fresh fruit salads and warm pastries. She also left us three beautiful cupcakes, which was a lovely touch. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Denise came to us before we checked out, to wish our daughter a good luck for her upcoming exam. That was so kind of her. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

We were in Enniskillen for a gig and needed somewhere just for an overnight stay. Room was spotless. Fantastically comfortable bed. Large ensuite with shower. The room may be a little small if you were here for a long stay but it was perfect for our needs with a small table and chairs overlooking the front garden and driveway. There are also shared areas with more space if required. Loved the shared kitchen and the facilities there, even if we only had a coffee. Would definitely make better use of this next time. A few miles out of town, too far to walk, so driving required. Plenty of parking on-site. Host was excellent and kept in touch via WhatsApp and asked us just to ping if we needed anything.

We arrived late after a wedding party, and we were greeted on arrival. We were shown to our room and given a tour of all the facilities we needed. Not only that but our host even offered us some drinks to finish off the evening. Everything we needed was available and the hosts were genuinely interested in us and our stay. Our breakfast was well worth every penny, a selection of baked goods, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. We enjoyed having it in our room with the beautiful views out our window. As I said previously we were coming from a wedding party, and the hosts offered to bring us back to our car the next morning - they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. We also checked in late due to the storm and similarly we weren't rushed out the next morning.

Genuinely I have nothing to comment on that we didn't like. From beginning to end we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back next time we are in Enniskillen. We wouldn't even think about staying in a hotel - as Ashwoods House makes you feel right at home.

We stayed two nights in this amazing B&B, we were met by the host Denise who showed us great hospitality, and had left us two beautiful cupcakes on our arrival. This is a beautiful B&B, pristine clean, with great facilities and a brilliant set up for breakfast, the kitchen too was immaculate where we could help ourselves to tea/coffee etc. with the weather being very good we were able to sit outside on the adjoining balcony and enjoy a drink and snack. Our bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely en-suite with all the toiletries. Denise the host is a lovely lady, had time to chat, gave good recommendations where to eat and genuine interest, even sent me a private text advising me on traffic in morning as had an early hosp appointment. Definitely would highly recommend this B&B we totally enjoyed our stay, thanks again Denise.

Our first meeting with Denise was friendly and professional. My sister and I found her very easy to talk to and she went over everything we needed to know about the facilities. The house was exceptional and finished to a very high standard both inside and out. Our room was beautiful and if I can give it 10 stars I would. The furnishing were of a very high standard and nothing was overlooked with regards comfort and cleanliness. We found it great value for money and we opted for the continental breakfast at a small extra charge and it was both filling and plentiful with fresh fruit, orange juice, cereal, yougurt and tea and toast or freshly baked croissants which were delicious. Denise and her husband Phillip were lovely hosts. I will definitely be going back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We didnt find anything to dislike about the place.

Our wonderful hosts were so welcoming and helpful, from the planning our arrival with regular contact, through to meeting us at the door and giving us guidance on our stay in the town. And the breakfast which was offered was better than any that we had received at a full service hotel. They were happy to cater to our preferences and I appreciated having porridge cooked for my breakfast and the special little touches like the cupcakes waiting for us. Like I said - wonderful hosts. :) The room itself was very tastefully decorated, I loved the style. Thankyou for a great stay.

Nothing - loved it all.

I came down to enniskillen for the night to walk the stairway to heaven and chose Denise’s home because it was convenient to the walk and enniskillen city centre (would recommend a car for getting about). The room was really clean, had everything we could need, parking available onsite and in the morning a lovely continental breakfast is offered as an add on. Would 100% recommend this property and I will be back to stay if I’m ever back in the area!

Denise the owner is an absolute gem and couldn’t do enough for you. Communication was outstanding and Denise waited up for me on the way back from a wedding on a stormy night. She didn’t have to and I guess most places would tell you not to bother. Such a nice welcome. Rooms are spotless and everything thought of and considered for a comfortable stay. Will definitely be booking again in my next visit to Fermanagh to visit family.

Not one thing was unlikeable.

We didn’t actually end up staying at Ashwoods House because we missed the flight but the lovely lady (Denise) that owns this beautiful property allowed us to freshen up before attending a funeral on the day we eventually flew out. She was the most loveliest hotelier we’ve ever met and I’d have no hesitation in staying at Ashwoods House if we return. It’s absolutely first class no expense has been spared. Denise even managed to get us a refund from Booking.com as we were unable to stay at her lovely property. The bedrooms have been furnished to the highest standard and the whole property is spotless! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We were so disappointed not to be able to stay but when we return we will definitely stay at Ashwoods House. Thank you for your hospitality Denise, you were so kind and we’ll never forget this. Thank you x

The bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and the en suite bathrooms are fabulous. The whole property is gorgeous!

Located a short drive from the centre of Enniskillen, the property is an impressive building, set back from the main road. There is ample parking behind the house. Our room was very modern, with a small sofa, and a table & 2 chairs, positioned to take in the view from the large windows. The en suite bathroom was very nice as well. We also liked the communal kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, and allocated cupboard space for each room. Denise was a very courteous host, checking that we had everything we needed.
