The value for money was incredible given it was less than £300 total for 3 nights for 3 people during the golf Open week. Was a bit hesitant initially given it's not local to Belfast or any of the so called main places but we knew the food was going to be top tier give the chef was on Masterchef and it never disappointed. £10 for a full breakfast with a latte each morning as well was excellent value. The local pub a minute up the road was good for a night in as well.
That it wasn't open on the last morning for another breakfast

Stayed in Tailors House for one night and it was excellent. The check-in was quick and straight forward and we booked a meal for the evening as well. The room was perfect and when we arrived it was nice and warm with everything we needed. The meal we had was excellent as well and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. A very nice place to stay.

Being able to get an evening meal and breakfast at the property was great. Rooms were depicted in the photos and very clean. Little extras like sewing kits & chocolates in room were a nice addition. All staff very friendly & helpful.
Rooms very warm during the night is only complaint I would have and that may not be something someone else would complain about!

Friendly staff, great food, comfortable bed, was able to use a parking area away from main road.
Door frame inside room looked like it had been kicked in from outside at some point - had been nailed back on but hanging off again, so husband shoved it back flush. Didn't make the door feel very secure. Bathroom tap sprayed everywhere, which again we fixed by securing the nozzle a bit better. Shower door runner needed fixing, a bit at the bottom had become unsecured. Also a member of staff was bleaching the pub floor just inches away from our table while we were eating breakfast - we were sunken down in restaurant area, so floor was just above the kevel of our table. Had bleach smell caught in our throats while trying to eat, which was really unpleasant. Not sure why they couldn't have just waited a few more mins til we'd finished.

Definitely exceeded my expectations. We ended up arriving several hours late and as our plane was late we didn’t arrive until almost 2am. Noel was amazing and Sarah was also fantastic in ensuring we got in okay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. Communication was exceptional. So grateful for all their help. Would definitely stay again and much preferred it to Corrick House we stayed before for twice the cost.
We were going to a funeral and could have done with the use of an iron. To be fair we probably should have just asked if they had one we could use because my guess is they would have provided one but there was none in the room.

Location for a wedding venue was great. The place was clean, modern and exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable, the same as the pillows. The place was quiet! Definitely a good option to stay! There is a Centra beside the accommodation and a lovely coffee place in front of it.
When we booked the bedroom the check-in was at 12pm. We were very happy about it because we had a wedding at 3pm and we wanted to change in the bedroom before going to the wedding venue. They didn't inform us that the check-in was at 3pm until we arrived there. I talked to a person 3 days before and I said we were there @ 2pm because we had a wedding at 3pm. At the end we only waited for 10min for the bedroom...but they should inform us about the new timetables.

Lovely hotel - really nice room and handy right on the high street. But oh, my, god, the restaurant downstairs is insane! So good. It's really high end fine dining. Incredible!
The lighting in the bathroom/shower was a bit dim - the ceiling light didn't reach the shower cubicle...but not a really big thing.

Breakfast was only available at the weekend but the Central store nextdoor provided a fabulous over the counter takeaway breakfast for a great price. When we did have breakfast it was very nice. Town was close to main roads to go sightseeing. Staff were lovely.
Steps if you have a movement issue, but this is a historical property and we need to appreciate and support our history where possible. First time we have been to Ireland, we will be back. Didn't see any leprechauns :(

I can't say enough positives about The Tailors house. We loved our stay from the second we arrived everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a generous size and very clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We found the people of Ballygawley and Augher in general to be so lovely and friendly. I wouldn't call it anything bad just something to be aware of is the bar and restaurant are closed mon and tues in January not sure about other months so breakfast isnt available on these days. However they informed us of this on checkin and there is a shop right next door with a deli so this wasnt an issue for us just something to be aware of. It didn't affect our stay in the slightest we still had the best time.
No complaints we loved our stay

The staff were so helpful and friendly. A really wonderful experience at the Tailors, thanks to everyone there.
