Lovely house with beautiful surroundings. Close to Glaslough village and a great base if dining or attending an event at Castle Leslie. Geraldine is great to deal with and responds promptly to any queries. This is my second booking with Geraldine’s property and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Can get cold quite quickly once the heating goes off. However there are lots of throw overs for the bedding etc and the house does heat up quickly when heating is on.

The lakehouse was ideal and suited our needs brilliantly for a wedding we attended at Castle Leslie . Geraldine was a brilliant host, and responded super quick to all my messages and was so helpful. The house is fabulous, is a credit to her.
Nothing, everything was perfect . Would 100% recommend.

There is plenty of space for a large group, it’s spacious, in a beautiful location near a lake walk and it was a very pleasant stay. We stayed here while attending a wedding in Castle Leslie Estate and it was ideal for that

Location, property, views, layout, comfort, the host- genuinely the only thing I didn’t like is that we didn’t stay for longer! Such good value and such an absolute beauty of a house!

We stayed at Emy Lakehouse after a wedding in Monaghan and it was exactly what we needed! Lots of space for all the family and beautiful views of the lake. Would recommend.

Geraldine was very accommodating to all our requests, thank you! The house was big and had a lovely view. It was also easy to find.
The heating was turned off at night so the house got very cold. I think it might be on automatic schedule. We only arrived at 1am from an event so we didn’t contact the owner about the heating as we didn’t want to wake them up so late at night. But would have been nice if we had some extra blankets.
