We had a large room on the second floor of this pleasant hotel for a one-night stay. The room was spotless and offered a huge, very comfortable double bed, a work desk, separate table and two chairs and adequate storage for a short stay. There was also tea / coffee and kettle, a wall mounted TV, hairdryer and ironing facilities available in the room. The huge en-suite bathroom had a bath and separate shower with plenty of hot water. We did notice a slight whiff from the drains - but nothing unexpected for an old building. The free wifi was simple to connect to and more than adequate for using streaming services. While we didn't eat our evening meal at the hotel, the bar-restaurant was large, well stocked and pleasant, while the included breakfast offered a good range of hot and cold options. The full fry was delicious and really set you up for the day. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

We were a little surprised that the room didn't include any USB charging points and, while there were sockets where you could plug in your own chargers, they were only at the work desk and on one side of the bed, with only an old-style round-pin lamp socket being present on the other side - not ideal if, like me, you like to listen to an audiobook while going to sleep.

The room was very comfortable and extremely clean and well equipped. The luxurious bed linen and mattress ensured excellent rest and sleep after a very long drive to Enniskillen . Staff at reception and in the bar restaurant were considerate, friendly and attentive to guest needs and requests. They all created an atmosphere of county Fermanagh courtesy ensuring a warm welcome and memorable visit. The bar menu on Sunday evening was really creative and delicious as was the choice and preparation by the chef. Again much appreciated and greatly enjoyed.

Perhaps more or better seating areas for guests in the Reception area could be provided. Also there is the question of style and lighting of that area in general: perhaps a new Desk itself, this would enhance the the message of the welcome and hospitality which is already present and given to guests by the kind reception staff. Some inventive stylistic changes in this area could better reflect and convey the good hospitable nature of the hotel and staff.

Lovely hotel, best in Enniskillen in my opinion. It was very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and looked very nice. Amazing staff! The guys helping with breakfast were so professional, polite and friendly. I liked that there was a good variety of cooked food for breakfast. Beautiful interior. Warm reception. I would love to come back definitely!

Idk... Maybe they need a little bit of renovation/repaint at some places. I noticed huge stains (apparently the water was leeking) on the celling near the stairs (1st floor). It was a minor thing though and didn't spoil the whole impression.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was very spacious with all of the facilities I could've hoped for, it was very well-presented, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Enniskillen.

There was nothing I 'disliked' per say - the only constructive criticism is that the breakfast chef should be better informed on what is and isn't vegan. On both occasions when I had breakfast, I was given honey, not even noticing on the first occasion until after I had eaten it, which left me feeling quite disgusted at having consumed an animal product for the first time in nearly 9 years. I accept that this was an honest mistake, and in no way detracts from such a wonderful stay. But this is definitely something to bear in mind in the future.

Rooms good size & comfortable king size bed We had separate bath & shower. From the moment we arrived Aine on reception was so cheerful & went the extra mile. As did the restaurant staff Ellie as well. Everyone we meant seemed happy - probably as it is not a chain but a privately run hotel - with owner hands on always - great guy. Excellent swift service in restaurant great choice at breakfast. Great fresh fish & chips

Only one thing For us ladies a hand shower attachment would be an added bonus to the over head shower. But certainly not a deal breaker.

Nice decor very modern and welcoming. Lovely and clean. Staff very friendly. Food in the bar was delicious. Nice bathroom with hot water and good pressure. Lovely extras like a dental kit left out when was a nice touch.

The shower head in the bathroom was a bit too high so a good bit of water on the floor and the sink when you turned on the tap it over flowed onto the floor. Even an extra couple of towels to help mop up the floor or something would have been helpful.

Lovely modern clean hotel. Room was a nice size, plug sockets beside the bed and iron and ironing board available. Food was ok. I chose a King Prawn and Chorizo pasta. Prawns were lovely but even with the Chlorizo it was very bland., Maybe add some cherry tomatoes and a bit of flavor!

Baths definitely need hand and / or grab rails. Found it very difficult to get out without slipping! Sound proofing from corridor not good. Could hear every person walking past my room late at night and also light was coming in all around the door frame!

we stayed in the westville hotel while touring ireland on our motorbikes on arriving the hotel which is in a great location for the local town ,the young barman made our stay even bettter when we said we wanted to go for a steak dinner , he phoned a local steakhouse and managed to book a space for us , a really nice thing to do. the hotel has a great outside seating area for sitting outside with a nice cold beer ! we would definately go back !!

Room was lovely and the food was also great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy and no complaints.

The hotel didnt have a bar for sitting in if you just wanted to relax with a few drinks, the main bar was being used for dining which required a reservation, there where 3 or 4 stools at the bar that could possibly be used if you just wanted a drink but my wife has mobility issues so this obviously wasnt an option. Didnt spoil our stay in any way but would have been nice to be able to sit and have a relaxing drink or two without having to walk into town.

Beds are really comfortable, staff are very friendly, the organisation of the hotel and the staff run really well. Highly recommend staying, we stayed here as we attended a wedding in irvinestown and it was only a 10 minute drive but also having local amenities like next, argos and two big supermarkets nearby helped with us preparing for getting extras for the wedding we were attending.
