The location was very easy to find. The room was spacious and clean. The toilet was pristine and the shower was so good.

I didn't like that I have to pay for the parking in the hotel owned parking. And the parking wasn't full, so there were a lot of parking places free. Also, the pet fee is quite expensive, as a dog is not making so much misery...

Easy check in, really helpful and friendly staff. Hotel was clean, modern and had all facilities necessary. Easy access to City centre via foot or car. Breakfast was good quality buffet style with a variety of menu although not much choice in cooked items. Nice environment in the bar and social areas. Room was clean and all facilities were well presented.

Parking was expensive overnight. No tea/coffe making facilities in room.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to bring a dog to the hotel. In our time, it's a rarity in hotels, but it's still strange that guests with dogs are required to have breakfast in the hotel lobby at the entrance, rather than in the kitchen.

Everything. I love the hardwork invested in the Interior Designing. The combination of Yellow, Purple & White is amazing. The menu in the Breakfast is amazing. I love the biscuits mini cups usage for filling variety of jams, sauces, etc. The pancake machine, the butter machine, unique options of the Coffee making machine, these were the highlights. I will definitely stay here,.provided I'm given more discount if possible. Then I will more frequently stay in your Hotel.

As room for improvement, I would strongly advise to install a small handsomer near the comode inside the toilet. Self hygiene is best maintained when applied water. I would really appreciate if I find this upgrade next time. One more thing, I would appreciate if you could provide more pillows. 1 pillow is often not enough.

There's a lot of yellow everywhere. 😂 but it was a good place overall. They have a self check-in option but didn't work when it came to activating room cards. So we will had to wait and let the staff do it. It should have been great if it works. Anyway, room was good, comfy bed, large TV and clean bathroom. Very spacious. Location was on a quiet side, they say it's near the central station but not really. Maybe if you don't have to roll suitcases, it can be walkable. There's a near Kaufland, great place to buy necessities, even sweets to take home. Breakfast was decent and have enough options.

Absolutely loved this stay! The staff was very friendly, from reception to the cleaning and the breakfast staff, the bed was supercomfortable, enough space in the bathroom, loved the design (I know it's not everybody's cup of tea, but I thought it was wonderful!), unlimited tea and coffee downstairs, it's close to the train station and we actually said we enjoyed it so much we would love to come again!

The shower head seemed to need a repair. There was water pressure but it seemed like it was stuck between two modes, so putt8ng it on small streams would let some water come uit of the big one and vice versa. We didn't tell the reception though, because it wasn't that much of a hassle.

We stayed in Prizeothel one night, booked via booking.com ,we arrived apx 1pm ,earlier than check in time 3pm ,Lora was so amazing, amazing customer servise she checked us in with no problems she was very friendly and helpful.Thank you Lora. The room/shower was good size and very clean,the day we arrived was +35 C rooms had well working Air Conditioningsystem .No coffe/tea in the room ,but they offer coffee/tea in the reception/bar area.Hotel is Dog friendly and we had 2 dogs with us.After long drive, we had a good rest in Prizeotel.Hotel was very quiet no street noice.Parking was available to park our car 12 euros for 24 hr.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, making for a truly relaxing experience. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a pleasant visit. The location was perfect, providing easy access to everything I needed. Additionally, the interior design was stunning—warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend!

Friendly staff and super clean room, all that you'd expect from a Radisson. Free tea/coffee down at reception, it's a shame they don't give you it in your room anymore at many hotels. It was about 10 minutes from the main railway station, and from the hotel to the city centre was about 15/20 minutes.

Our first room didn't have any curtains but we only realised a few hours after checking in. The receptionist gave us a new room.

The breakfast was very varied and good. The location is close to the main train station and within walking distance. The best feature is that you can get your free coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby 24/7.

This note is for the reception: The welcome was very cool, the communication could have been warmer. As a tourist, more information sharing and help could be provided to introduce the city's features.
