Clean and quiet

The sofa bed when pulled out had a sticking out portion of the furniture snd I hit my shin bone against it in the dark. Snd im being charged $24 57 extra and we did not use nor for extras while there. I called my booking company and they did not charge it. The charge on my bank shows it wad done by Couryard; your representative is denying charging me for extras. I’m calling PayPal and my bank to deny payment.

It was very convenient being next to the Clackamas Radiation Oncology Center as I was there for treatment. Comfortable beds!

There was no pool or hot tub liked advertised on Booking.com very disappointing as I would have liked to use it before and after treatment. Please update your site. Staff stated the pool and hot tub was removed in 2017.

Clean and comfortable

We booked the hotel because there was a shuttle bus to Pickathon Music Festival. When we arrived we were told the shuttle wasn’t running this year. We had already bought the shuttle pass and were unable to use it. It was also a big reason why we chose this hotel.

Location

No amenities, no coffee in the lobby, no breakfast included and it was pricey and looks old. Not worth it. Will not stay again and I make several trips to the area.

Starbucks…. They were a little aloof, and the prices charged were not what was on the board…

The hotel was pretty booked but we didn’t hear ANYONE. The rooms are well insulated and the doors don’t slam shut like most hotel doors. Breakfast smelled great as we checked out. The beds are a tad too firm for me personally but better than most.

The bathroom shower/toilet area didn’t have a fan so it got extremely hot in there and the shower needed a better scrub down.

Bed was very comfortable! I also liked that a small light and tv was on upon entering room. It seemed welcoming.

The back parking lot was dark at night, and didn’t feel as safe.

It was snowing and the roads were covered with ice, but the staff were available for check in, breakfast and check out

The website said there was a pool, but there wasn't.

From the check in to the check out was quick and fast the front desk was very courteous and gave a sense of being home thank so much we will be back

The rooms were very spacious and included a nice seating area. The hotel was either new or newly renovated and the rooms were clean. Parking was very easy and convenient.

There wasn't much in the way of amenities. The coffee bar wasn't open early enough for us and we would have appreciated having a hot tub to soak in at the end of the day.
