Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good facilities, pool and beach were lovely. Great breakfast.

The upgrade that was offered did not match what was given so quite disappointing from that aspect. Needs to be much clearer as to exactly what you are getting for the extra money.

Firstly, I'd like to state this hotel was an incredible pick on many different factors. Keeping these points as brief as possible: Check in - we were checked in early, which incredibly helped us from our overnight flight and our 2 year olds loss of sleep. Room & Housekeep - very good sized room, we didn't have a balcony but we had a great view of the plaza. Always cleaned perfectly and topped up our bottles of water everyday. Had a problem with our bath but fixed within 10 minutes. Facilities - the 2 different pools and hot tub all had different temperatures which I thought was a nice touch, always clean too. For small children - we visited during Ramadan but it was very quiet so my child had the very clean, immaculate soft play all to himself. All staff were very attentive to him which he loved. Especially Htep in the restaurant. Location - couldn't have picked a better location for what type of holiday we had planned. On Yas plaza with a shared private beach, within 5-10 minutes FREE bus ride of all parks for families (Ferarri world etc) and Yas Mall. Overall, a fantastic place which i will recommend to friends.

One slight negative was the happiness of the check in staff at reception when arrived, could have smiled a bit more and not acted so serious. One final mention, I think the swim up pool would be used if the drinks/ice cream were a little cheaper. £8 for a natural ice lolly is a bit extortionate.

Not pure vegetarian food and Indian food available

The staff at Rotana Yas Hotel consistently elevates the guest experience. Each team member I encountered demonstrated courtesy, expertise, and a genuine desire to provide assistance. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast selection was diverse and delectable. The high-speed Wi-Fi was reliable and efficient.

The bathroom could benefit from some refurbishment, particularly the floors and toilet. The sink tap water control was very hot a minor issue, as it could cause burns to my daughter.

Great location for those planning to visit Yas Island theme parks. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive; I’d especially like to commend Asif at the front desk for his exceptional service! Communication prior to our arrival was excellent—all my questions about an extra bed, late check-in (after midnight), and the parking lot were promptly answered. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for me and my two sons (aged 15 and 10). We had no issues sleeping. The breakfast at the hotel was hearty, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff was always attentive and quick to assist in finding a table, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The valet parking service was seamless—regardless of the time of day we left or arrived, it was always well-managed and efficient.

had a lovely stay at Rotana Hotel, Yas Island. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep! The location is ideal, with easy access to Yas attractions and the airport. Would definitely stay again!

My only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive, which made dining in a bit less enjoyable. Otherwise, a lovely experience.

Reception and housekeeping staff were very polite and prompt to help. If staff saw you were waiting in reception, they would automatically come to assist you. Also, a big thank you to the team for preparing a delicious surprise birthday cake for my mum which we found in our room on arrival, later followed by complimentary fruits! It was also great that water was complimentary and you can ask for replacements when you need them which majority of hotels don't do. I was surprised to find the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was completely separate to the men's which was another bonus! There was a free shuttle service to attractions on Yas island.

Perfect Breakfast, a lot of meal choices for kids and adults. Room was comfortable, pool was clean and good for kids and adult at he same time. Shuttle busses to parks every 20 minutes. From airport 10 minutes by taxi

When we arrived the bell boy who helped us with luggage had a terrible smell of sweat, when he left the room we had to air out the room. Its not your fault but it spoils the first impression about your hotel. Please control your employees to wear clean clothes and have shower before shift time starts. At the last day of stay the lights were gone in the whole hotel and it was very hot as conditions were not cooling.

Food is very delicious, variety of cuisines. pool is clean, save , all time lifeguard, pool bar very good spa, full body massage is great Prime location inside YAS plaza, just in front of YAS shuttle stop station. friendly staff , help desk 24 hours , helpful concierge. TV channels comfortable beds

Suite #1001 has an old furnisher. there is not too many electrical outlet in the suite . bathroom curtain opens from out side. breakfast experience was awful, too much crowded, noisy , waiting time is too long wish to have a playing area or Arcade for teens as there was a kids club for babies . shisha place only out door , too hot . no Coffee machine in side the suite. Bad Americano coffee in the breakfast , no peanut butter, no apricot Jam.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff and overall cleanliness

Concierge could have given more information on the Island parks - on what to expect, if there is any special registration required for certain rides/parks. For e.g, we didn't know that for the best rides in Ferrari world, one has to register and book slots.. Kids were disappointed as the booking was closed for the entire day. Buffet breakfast spread is very nice, but very repetetive. Food options don't change, practically same menu every day.
