Super delicious breakfasts!!! The bed was comfortable. Quite near to the center. You can use hotel bikes for free. The hotel was very clean. The cleaning ladies are very kind - should get some bonus for how they smiled at us every day and also gave trests to our dog. :)

The reception was not open 24/7. Sometimes we had to wait for the receptionists to come. Some of the receptionists were new and did not know how to help us. Also would appreciate more smiles from the receptionists. :) The location is not super nice, but for the price it’s ok.

The rooms are well equipped, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic! Gluten free options available by request- and only had to ask for them once, the 1st morning. The second morning all Gluten free products were waiting for me on our table upon arriving for breakfast 😀 😃 Huge thanks for the staff ! 🥰

The view from our balcony - we could observe the neighbouring restaurants kitchen, and nothing else. Although we knew that this was not a fancy seaside location, we did not expect this. Luckily we didnt spend too much time in the room, even less in the balcony.

The upper rooms with view to the park are comfortable. The terrace is large. The breakfast is above expectations, fruits, waffle, juicer, champagne etc. There is a restaurant at the corner, and SPAR grocerie store, moreover Saturday market is in the next street.

The rooms on the see side only has view to an other building, which is 3 meters away.

Everything was great, perfect location 1 minutes to restaurant&pharmacy and 2 minutes from supermarket. Very clean rooms and free bicycle is an adventage.

I was too litle room for us (but with very large terrace), but we choose the smaller one, so its our fault.

Great location, peaceful but walking distance to the centre. Apartments have been recently refurbished, with nice bathrooms, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen annex. Very friendly staff!

The balcony gave over a rather ugly inner courtyard. We were on a lower floor so there was not much view nor sunlight, and slightly noisy from the aircon vents. Breakfasts are very pricey!

Coffemaschine works with a unique type of capsule I was not able to figure out. A more common type would be nice. Parking is free (white lines) but very difficult to find. Prepare for that!

It’s a perfect hotel for families with kids, clean and confy with a big kitchen with all the accessories needed.

It’s a little too pricy for the city itself, we were there in august, maybe the prices are higher in august. But we also went to Rimini in the same month, after our stay in Grado and we had a hotel with the same conditions, cheaper that this one.

The hotel completely exceeded all our expectations. It is almost new, shiny, spotless clean and perfectly operated. Apartments with kitchen are perfectly equipped, I mean, you can prepare food there like at home - several meals at once on both flat and microwave stoves. There is enough of cutlery, plates, cups... dishwasher (and tabs). Beautiful. Rooms are breathtaking spacey with unbelievely large storage areas. The next extaordinary point was breakfast, rich, fresh, delicious, great choice of cakes, pastry and fruits, lovely coffee and capuccino, finely made scrambled eggs... and the service of smiling staff and cooks. Another big plus was hotel's bike rentals as it is free up to 5 hours! I strongly recommend it. Room service was reliable and brilliantly made everyday. All the staff were helpful, perfectly trained. Special thanks to Letizia and her advice on a local attractions. Perfect stay! The hotel aspires to rank among Grado's top accommodation venues.

Well, the price was not the cheapest, but worth. Arriving by car be prepared to park no less than 300 meters from the hotel's entrance unless you are extaordinary lucky. Finding an unpaid parking spot is an enormous task as it is all around Grado.

The location was beautiful and I appreciated the clean and the apartment with all essential services.. The beach is near the apartment and the breakfast was delicious and the food was various, sweet and salad.

Hotel looks newly reconstructed and refurbished. Small kitchen corner in the Living room is enough to do basic cooking.

The swimming pool is in nearby hotel, but only few meters away
