Best beach-soft white sand, incredibly blue/aqua water. Balcony view gorgeous. Pool was very nice. Felt safe. Friendly staff. Easy to get to restaurants and shops but a quiet place, less dense so easy to find beach chaises and umbrellas.

Construction noise from next door building site did make it less pleasant to sit out on balcony but at the shore, the noise was dampened. Room was pretty comfortable but plainly decorated

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Clayton and Sam. Access to the beach was superb as well as the view from our our two bedroom unit. The entire facility is well-maintained and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful as well and the location was excellent for walking to all amenities. I would definitely consider staying there again when I return to Providenciales in the future.

There were no food options in terms of restaurants since it is a resort/apartment complex. The pool requires a resurfacing along the bottom as there were some areas in which the surface had worn away. It was quite expensive for a one week stay.

Location, quiet beach area, amazing view. Nice towels in bathroom. Fast elevators. Coffee was very good. Pool area was beautiful. Joshua working the beach was great.

Noise from room next door. We were in a separated master bedroom with a thin door. We could hear every word spoken next door, and the screaming kid. The top of door was caulked to keep light out of the room next door, there were gaps in caulk.

Located in an excellent spot, close to the beach and several restaurants were within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly. We will keep this hotel on our list for next time we visit Turks and Caicos!! Special thanks to our friend who took care of the beach chairs and umbrellas...Joshua!

Great place! views are amazing (if you have ocean front place - totally worth the upgrade if you don’t), shower is awesome. like mentioned by others, this is a quite place. no restaurants or bars on site (which is mostly a good thing). Lots of great beach-side restaurants within a short walk on the sand. they have comfortable loungers on the beach and provide cold water. they also have a couple of pool hammocks and floaters for guests to use. they have bikes that guests can use for free - but we didn’t find biking to be particularly fun on the island - no dedicated lanes and it was very hot - but the bikes are there and free! something to try on a quiet afternoon. There’s a grocery store - Graceway- that has pretty much everything you’d find at like a Safeway or any large supermarket. it’s about a 20 min walk. prices are about 50-100% more expensive as you’d find in the US as everything is imported. We liked the food at Shay cafe - can get take out for lunch when spending a few hours at the hotel’s beach. Shay is about a 5 min walk (street side). it does get busy at times / long wait. the hotel provides regular drip coffee machine and ground - if you like decaf or something in particular, you better pack that with you as small packs are about $15-20 at gift shops or the grocery store. we took a taxi (shared minivan) to get to the hotel. no priori reservation needed, just walked out and gave them the name. it was $33 per person. for our flights out, the hotel booked us a taxi and it was $28 per person. i think all places we went to accept credit cards (and even Apple Pay). we only needed cash for taxis and tips - but it’s good to have some cash buffer just in case - bring singles as well for taxis.

sometimes I wished they had a bar! it’s nice to be able to grab a drink when you’re lounging on the beach. although the tap water is potable, it tasted funny, so we had to buy water / or fill up or reusable bottles in the lobby.

We loved everything about Le Vele. When we took a cruise and observed all the resorts from the ocean, it was clear that LeVele has the best location of all--far away from throngs of tourists, yet close enough we could walk to a nearby restaurant for cocktails if we chose. The two bedroom corner suite was perfect for our family. The deck and unobstructed views were phenomenal, allowing us to admire sunrise and sunset, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The suite itself was well thought out, with everything our family could need. We also so appreciated the kind and accommodating staff. This hotel now tops our world favorites list.

This is a very quiet condo complex that’s been kept up well. There’s no restaurant so one has to walk to neighboring restaurants or Saltmills which is a 5 minute walk. Right on Grace Bay with incredible views. Loved that there was never a fight to get a seat & umbrella.

We chose Le Vele because there are no restaurant or full kitchen facilities, just a kitchenette. We were looking for a more adults only hotel. Le Vele met our expectations. Very few children (sorry, but been there) What makes Le Vele shine is the staff. Everyone is so nice and friendly. We actually got food poisoning from a restaurant and the manager went out and got us gatorade and electrolytes because we couldn't move. It really doesn't get better than that. The room was great, ocean view, large, lovely. Very close walking distance to many restaurants, most of which are great.

OK, the only thing I didn't like was the mattress. I think the mattress is too old, too soft, just done. There are body indentations on either side. It is low, and if you are tall, kind of hard to get up from. Just nothing about the bed was comfortable. I'm not sure but the room we were in may have been a condo, so it may be the owners' responsibility to replace it. I don't know. I'd definitely stay there again, so not a deal killer. Beds are personal preference and someone else might like it. But I thought it was dreadful.

Clayton and the entire staff at the resort were all very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to solve the issues that arose during our visit. The location was fabulous and the resort was quiet.

We are so happy that we chose this property to stay at. Everything about it was just perfect. If you are looking for a very private, upscale beautiful place this is it !! not only was the property spectacular but the staff was as equally spectacular.!!
