The rooms are very clean, very nice and the location is right in the centre of the town, close to Santuario Della Madonna Vergine.

When we booked the rooms we thought Palazzo Langellotto was closer to the railway station Pompeii Scavi. It is close to a railway station, but not this one. The taxi cost from the Palazzo to Pompeii Scavi is 25 euro (in April 2024). Anyway, this was our mistake, and the acomodation conditions were very good, as stated in the description. however, we were disappointed by the fact that, in spite of the description posted on the website, we didn't have access to the terrace, as it is private property and the visitor's access is restricted.

Conveniently located for Pompeii archaeological site and near the town centre for restaurants etc. Check-in was seamless, room was sparkling clean and bathroom too. Breakfast is included by way of a voucher for the nearby cafe, which has excellent pastries and coffee. It was also very quiet (especially if you keep the window closed and the aircon on) so even when there was a Saturday night mass concert outside the church, I didn't hear anything! The air-conditioned is also very quiet so can keep it on overnight.

It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room, and maybe a spare blanket - I wasn't cold but only had a top sheet, so had to manage the aircon to not get too cold.

The location was great and walkable to the archaeological site and the train stations. The cafe for breakfast was charming and with the most amazing coffee. Nice to have a small outside balcony and the showers were very good.

It was a little difficult to find when you are a bit tired from travelling. Please be aware that the trains to Pompeii are an absolute nightmare. There are red boxes to stamp your train ticket, if the train is running at all. Both "officials" and gangs extorting money off passengers makes a stay at Pompei, rather than a day trip a bit scary.

We had two lovely days in Pompei with two teenage children. The 'Palazzo' was clean, rooms were spacious, and we had everything we needed. Our host was more than friendly and helpful. Great location. Delicious croissants and great italian capuccino for breakfast in a bar next door. I would definitely recommand this place. We had a fantastic stay in Pompei.

The place was beautiful and comfortable. This by far was the best place I have stayed in my whole trip in Italy. I had major train issues but the host was understanding and worked with me to get checked in even though it was after their check in hours (almost 9 pm). I dont speak Italian, but the host was able to help me with her limited English. The location was so near the train station and everything (even one of the ruin entrances). I would recommend 9.9 out 10 to stay here. The breakfast was one of the best I have had as it is a coffee and croissant. You are given a ticket to go around the corner at a nice cafe to get it. Overall I wish I had more than one night. The beautiful rain shower and just all around beautifully decorated room.

Location needs to be added to Google maps. It was a little confusing as it is down an alley and not on a main street front. The only other thing is the alley was is a little dark coming back after dark. But all easy fixes and I say dont let these stop you from choosing this place.

We loved Angellota, she is so kind and sweet, and tried to help us as much as she could...the rooms are new and very attractive, and the location is great. We also enjoyed the coupon for breakfast (a coffee and a pastry) at a nice place around the corner we highly recommend this place for your stay in fun Pompeii!

The host was so accommodating and kind and wonderful! They stored our luggage for us early in the morning and even carried it up to the room for us. The room was absolutely gorgeous!! So so clean and spacious fully equipped, with a balcony and the strongest AC we’ve experienced in Italy. Beds were super comfy as well. The rooftop terrace was beautiful with an amazing view of the church in the main square. Location was wonderful within 2 min walk of lots of great restaurants and the best gelato at “Gioelia”. The free breakfast included with the stay was exceptional and they were so accommodating for our friend who is celiac (gluten free croissants made fresh!) great location for day trips to capri and the coast. Pompei was a wonderful little city and we really loved our stay, will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our family stay in this lovely property. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The location perfect, in a quiet street just around the corner of the Pompei’s main square and cathedral. The apartments were bright, clean and new. Breakfast with fresh croissants was served in the cafe across the street. We would definitely come back and also recommend this property to our friends!

The apartment was very clean modern, and comfortable. With two separate bedrooms it is perfect for families. The host was just perfect, helped us with everything from parking to restaurants. You can visit the ruins of Pompeii by feet, there are a lot of great restaurants near the apartment. Best apartment we stayed during our three-week stay in Italy!

We had to have Air on and it was pretty loud so couldn’t sleep very well
