staff attitude at iconic , all except a few were attentive and cordial . to mention "sasa" at iconic restaurant was very attentive and helpful. at the reception there was one male on reception who was very polite and helpful. whereas the female counterpart philomena if i am right was her name was not so courteous. at the driving range aryan gaikwad was very polite and attentive and in the housekeeping who escorted us to the room was good i suppose his name was mahesh .food options and taste and quality at the club was excellent with some improvement expected in staff service . not much options in food at iconic .

View from the rooms on 6th floor is amazing. Breakfast options were nice and staff was very helpful and taking are of all the needs of the guest. Rahul from house keeping team was responsible for keeping our room clean n tidy and he was wonderful in his job and it made the stay very pleasant. Overall resort is a bit on the expensive side , however being right next to Pune you save travel time and can have a good vacation / staycation here.

Limitations on even taking a cart ride of the golf course for non members is a bit unfortunate. People who spend so much staying at the resort should at least get a cart rode to see how the golf course is.

Location good ! will be more comfortable once the entire road to the resort is completed. Ambience also good. Spacious rooms. Loved the scenery. Entire staff was helpful. Food good, though choice of food is limited. A good stay !

Night bites were not served. 10:30 food service was closed in room as well as dinning. There was internet issue for the hotel, due to which tv and room telephone service did not function in between. So had to go all the way to reception and ask for help. Golf timming for guests should be increased.

Lovely resort nestled in a valley. The views are awesome. There are peacocks all over the grounds and you can see the male dancing all the time. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is super helpful and courteous. A must visit in the monsoons.

The food quality was not upto the mark and we preferred eating out in the city. If you book a mountain and valley view and you get rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor then you are staring at the top of the facilities building with a large black plastic covering on it. Make sure you are a few floors above. There should be more electric car charging points.

THE LOCATION OF THE ROOM WAS GOOD BUT THE HIGHER FLOOR HAS MORE BETTER VIEW FOR THE GOLF COURSE.

THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF WAS VERY BAD NO SAYING GOOD MORNING OR KIND OF WARM GESTURE TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD. IF ASKED ANY KIND OF QUESTION THEY MAKE FACES. I ASKED THEM TO PACK SOME FOOD FOR MY DAUGHTER AS WE WAS NOT EATING THAT THEY STRICTLY SAID NO WE WILL NOT DO. SO WE HAD TO GO AND REQUEST THE MANAGER FOR THIS AFTER WHICH THEY AGREED TO DO.

Suite rooms are very nice and spacious, they have microwave, induction gas etc if anyone wants to use it. TV in both the rooms, living as well as bedroom. Location is on the hill, so air quality is better and cooler as well. Breakfast had variety but the quality can definitely be improved, it is not bad but not very good either. The resort has many indoor games as well like snooker, badminton, squash, TT, carrom, chess so lot of options. Also, they have a library where there are lot of books to read.

Location wise its a little far from main road and the road to the hotel is not lit, so if you travelling during dark, it is not very convenient. Also, food quality can certainly be improved, not that great.

The breakfasst spread was not very elaborate, but whatever was on offer was of good quality and taste. Special mention for Ms.Komal at the restaurant/bar who served with a smile, suggested appropriately and was very friendly, obviously she enjoys her work.

It was convenient to drop my daughter at Flame University

It was far from all dining restaurant & bar and other activities … the room I stayed #411 was not cleaned, there were stains on the wall and cigarette butt in the planter in the balcony…

This is a place to chill. Don't come with a to-do list or go to city with a tick.list of visit. You can really enjoy the serene atmosphere of the hills and a sumptuous breakfast.

The cottage is close to events area (mainly marriage). The rooms should be dedicatedly set for the marriage or event parties. Guests who are not their for an event should be accommodated in the main building

Place is green due to the gold course...A nice resort with a good swimming pool with golf course background makes it picturesque.

Food was good in general. However, chef needs to be unskilled to make South Indian dishes better. The area where the cooking happens for the wedding party is in total mess and stinks. I am sure this can be rectified easily. A bit over priced like a five star...
