Excellent staff: pleasant, respectful and instantly helpful. We were leaving and a maintenance worker was in the elevator and asked if we enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed that he obviously cared although not being a front line employee and was happy that we were satisfied. Spacious room and extremely quiet. We had a walk in shower! Also well priced.

Although the beds were large, we found them to be a bit too firm. And a microwave would be a good addition to the room.

It was clean and we loved the pool. It was in a good location and the restaurant was delicious. The staff was amazing and very fast, especially housekeeping they were very fast on brining things and they even cleaned our room for us on the second day so we came back to a clean room.

As much as I loved the hotel the fridge wasn’t working. The manager and house keeping really couldn’t do much to help us in that situation which again isn’t their fault it was out of their hands. But otherwise it was amazing

I don't know if the property has any control over it but Google maps was fooled by a road closure. Maps directed you behind the hotel and around the back but the road closure was past the hotel so you could access it directly. Regardless, from the west I found it a little tricky to get to off the 40 exiting at H. Bourassa; it's easier exiting at Sources Blvd and turning left at Hymus

The hospitality, the staff was excellent. The restaurant staff as well were very plesent. The ice machine was down on the 4th floor. There was no "out of service sign" on it. I thought I was the problem. After 10mins of trying. I went on the 3rd floor for ice.

The jacuzzi needs an upgrade.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The atagg helpful. Easy to locate. Cost effective.

The breakfast at the restaurant was ridiculously priced for what you received. And the food wasn't even that good.

I sent numerous emails to confirm my reservation via the Booking app and the hotel never responded. My reservation was fine in the end, but it’s clear that they don’t check the Booking.com messages. The sink and shower drains in my room had slow clogs - so slow to drain. Luckily there was an additional drain in the bathroom floor to deal with all of the water from the shower (room was a wheelchair accessible one, so no lip to contain the water)

The property is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. The most wonderful thing about the hotel is that they’re pet friendly.

The thing that I didn’t like is that they didn’t clean my room. I left my tag at the door. With the service need it. But they didn’t do it cause I suppose to tell at front desk. I never had to do that in other hotels that I been too. :( one star for that.

The service at the restaurant at the breakfast was very kind and happy to exchange with us and the kids.

The hotel is good, but it claims implicitly, by its name; "...aéroport", that it's near the airport. Whereas it's actually at 11km from the terminal on the other side of the airport. The taxi costed 30$ and there are no shuttle service from the terminal.

I really like how spacious the rooms are and the washrooms are really nice.

The gym facility was very basic and a bit dark. The room lighting is a bit low around the bed area.

Adequate airport-adjacent hotel close to technopark, not in a tourist area but that was expected.

Hotel front desk recommended parking near metro station to go into city and my rental car got towed from it, so don't do that.
