The room was comfortable and quiet. Comfortable beds. And appreciated the fresh towels every day. Liked the desk. Good shower! Great temperature controls. Appreciated the mini fridge, water, and tea. Very convenient area close to grocery store and subway station and my in-laws apartment.

There wasn’t an outlet by the desk to plug in a laptop. There were scuffs and stains on the wall, particularly around the toilet like guests before us had missed the toilet and peed on the wall. We liked that the window in the bathroom opened but a lot of dirt on the screen, so couldn’t really enjoy the view. The breakfast was great for the first few days and then pretty monotonous. No variety in what is offered. Would have appreciated a bit more fruit. After a few days, I started to skip breakfasts and bought coffee and a pastry elsewhere. Also the lights on the control between the beds made it hard to fall asleep. Would be nice if there was a blackout cover for that. But overall a comfortable stay.

The location of the accommodation is simply the best. There is nothing lacking nearby, such as restaurants, subway stations, bus stops, convenience stores, clinics, pharmacies, hair salons, and saunas. It was a great choice for using services like coffee/tea, drinking, meals, medical and beauty services.

1. Breakfast was the same every day during our 4-day stay. Only the soup changed slightly. It was convenient to have breakfast included in the accommodation, but if we had to pay for it, we would probably have looked for a nearby restaurant. 2. The air conditioning in the underground parking elevator lobby doesn't seem to be working. It was really hot and humid.

Exceptional stay and location with so much to see and do in the area, restaurants and shopping. Free entry to cinema for guests was fabulous. Room clean service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful room was spacious (Asian suite) and excellent with street view. Car parking downstairs was very handy. Close to subway.

Nothing I enjoyed everything

It was quiet and close to many restaurants and public transportation.

Only Korean food was served for breakfast. The hotel hosts an international clientele. It should serve a variety of foods such as bacon and eggs, croissants, etc.

Clean; modern decor; and vibrant location near subway, eateries, shopping, pharmacy, and medical urgent care office. Cleaning staff was very attentive and super fast. Cheers to them!

Room temperatures seem to be controlled by the hotel. Management would not adjust our room temperature, which averaged 77 to 80 F despite an outside temperature around 50 F at night. We opened the window in our room to the extent we could and it did not cool the room further.

Property was beautiful and clean and really nice!

There are 3 elevators for 19 floors! And they work crazy!! We waited 20+ minutes to go down for breakfast and to check out! Both times we ended up riding all the way up and then down stopping on every floor and no one could get on because it was full!

The location was good, close to the subway station, the hotel area was so convenient!! There were olive young, Starbucks etc. just down stairs. The room was so clean and quiet, the price was so reasonable with breakfast included, really high recommended!

I loved all the restaurants are around the hotel. Giving movie tickets and discounts for the spa was great as well.

The safe was broken and did not work.
