Location was great, close to all Grand Haven spots. Hotel staff all super friendly and helpful. Nice pools. Decent food at restaurant. Easy parking. Lobby area very clean, and nice snack area available. With one exception (see below), room was clean and comfortable.

There was significant black mold on ceiling in the bathroom. Reservation was for 3 people, but only 2 sets of towels in bathroom. I stopped by front desk, and they got me another set of towels right away. No clean towels available for the pool...they were "in the dryer", so we had to wait.

provide continental breakfast. Refrigerator had no small freezer and dial to make refrigerator cooler could not be turned. Our freezer packs weretherefore useless There was no continental breakfast. The refrigerator had no small freezer compartment, therefore, our freezer packs were useless. The refrigerator could not be adjusted. Air conditioner was noisy.

Beautiful location near to family and restaurants when needed. It also has extremely friendly staff which was important since we were there for a whirlwind trip to attend a funeral. Plus, the breakfast food was well-made. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good, working order.

The room setup and particularly the easy chair were a bit odd and uncomfortable. The lack of a real patio since we had a first floor room was also a bit disappointing. There were 2 chairs outside our patio door that were directly in front of parked cars in the parking lot, so they wouldn't have been worth using. I feel like travelers should be told this when they check in.

breakfast was good..but due to short staffing and a lot of guests...we would choose to eat elsewhere next time. ideal location / picturesque..would stay here again for sure...and actually plan on it......Spring Lake town itself had a nice selection of places to eat and to grocery shop......nice pool also

VERY dangerous entrance and exit onto main road... bugs an issue if window/door not totally closed....but minor

The hotel was fine. The staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

I was booked for four nights, and when I checked out, I found that the computer had me checking out after two nights and checking back in for another two nights. This created checkout problems. The desk staff took care of things.

the charge for breakfast was very misleading. i had three adults and included breakfast in my trip through the web site i reserved. BUT the charge for breakfast was over and above the charge. misleading, i thought breakfast was included.

The staff was very nice. Very kind, very knowledgeable about the area. Overall great great experience with the staff

Again, the breakfast could be a lot better for the price you pay for the room. Yvonne, when you have to pay $12.99 for the breakfast buffet but the food just wasn't great

pool, entertainment, tiki bar, view of water and boats...it was great!

We reserved an upper floor room with two doubles and all they had was a king room on the first floor. For the price a continental breakfast would have been nice...Almost $400 a niight.

Breakfast was very good, really loved the potatoes. Tiki bar was a lot of fun, the bartender was great. The pools were very nice. Angela at the front desk was super about taking care of us after we found our room had a non-functioning air conditioner.

Location was perfect for getting to downtown Grand Haven. The facility was great! Lots of entertainment for families. Clean indoor & outdoor pool. Great restaurants& bar area! Great workout facility. We were very pleased with our stay!
