The staff were very professional and friendly while the food was exceptional We enjoyed the game walk we took which was very educational.

That there's no Wifi in the Lodge rooms. only in the restaurant area

The food was delicious and the view from our room was absolutely amazing.

One of the males serving food at the Shebeen was rude to my partner when he went and requested for more meat. My partners diet is strictly high protein and the response he received when he asked for more meat ruined his mood. I was not happy about that.

All employees were super friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Everything was great and better than expected, but I do think there are a few areas and or things (like actively serving drinks while at the pool, instead of guests initiating) that could add so much value

The service especially during dinner was brilliant the first night but thereafter slowed down considerably. It seemed to be a second shift which were outdone by the first shift.

The food was great. The game vehicle trips to the meals from Bush Lodge was unique/different. Being able to walk around watch the giraffe fairly close. The quiet when the generators are not on. Relaxing and reading a book - not done that for years.

No pamphlet/book in the room giving details of the area/lodge and all animals, birds, snakes etc in the area. Would loved to have known we could bring our mountain bikes. Can you bring your own fishing equipment and pay a lower daily fishing rate? I know it is needed but the noise pollution from the generators.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere at the Shibeen for evening dinner was awesome, with great music that was not too loud, so we could still hear each other.

The swimming pool at the Bush lodge should have been cleaner. Very murky and could not see the bottom of the pool. As a result my wife would not go near it. There was also not coffee in our room.

1. We liked the spacious room (we stayed at Mountain Lodge) 2. We liked the quietness. 3. We liked the overall general atmosphere and the staff. 4. The food was excellent. 5. It was a great mini getaway from the city.

1. The rooms could do with a general upgrade as you can see that the furnishings are quite old. 2. There was no hot water on our last morning before check-out.

My experience at the facility was amazing, from the stuff that was very friendly and made our experience worthwhile, to the delicious food. Our room was very clean and very spacious, with an aircon/heater; as well as charging sockets and plugs everywhere around the room. The water was hot throughout our stay, so we could bathe/shower anytime. The place is quiet and peaceful. The water features outside of the rooms also added a very tranquil feel to the area as well. This is definitely a place I would go back to to get some rest; as well as enjoy the variety of leisure activities available.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the water in the pool at the mountain lodge looked a little bit dirty. It wasn't as clear or blue to a point that I couldn't see the bottom of the pool and that our room had curtains but no voile's underneath, which meant we couldn't be in the room naked and still open the curtains while our privacy was maintained.

Mountain lodge rooms upstairs was fantastic! I liked the cleanliness of the bathroom and the property. The safari tour was enjoyable. Met some really awesome people during our stay. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The Shebeen restaurant was an absolute blast!!

We were told the roads are fine but it was dirt roads. Use a 4x4 or SUV if you are planning a visit. There's no bottled water in the room. I asked for bottled water before breakfast time to take my medication, and I was told that the bar opens at 10h00. They told me that my breakfast was halaal only for me to find out that it was not halaal.

The Manager went an extra mile and arrange for a cake to be baked for my little one. After Supper the team sang happy birthday to my daughter, this was so super sweet at no cost to me.

Un availability of a TV at the lounge because it is not a retreat. was a bit turn off, Even if there is no DSTV. This will assist in the unpredictable weather, one can just watch something indoors if it is raining. No alignment of the booking system. we could not do game drive because we booked at the reception only to be told later that the slot we required was full because there was another way to book which does not talk to the reception and that is the actual way.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating.

The male ranger who took us to a game drive, he was rude.
