Food was great, tasty. The breakfast had a wide range of options. The location was great and its easy to access the clubhouse. It's in a safe location with visible security. The views from the room were fantastic. The rooms are modern with modern fittings. Wifi was fast and reliable.

The rooms were modern however they were not cleaned adequately. The towels were used and I asked for all towels to be replaced. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and toilet seat. One of the pillow cases had brown marks and smelt used. Few issues that housekeeping can address on an otherwise good stay.

A big shout-out to Persie, Natasha Rudsie, and Susan – they always make us feel so welcome and go out of their way to accommodate all our needs. Even when we brought our parents for a few nights, they kindly upgraded their rooms, which meant a lot to us. I really enjoy staying here in the heart of Silver Lakes, where the service and food are excellent. Above all, I truly appreciate the tranquility – a perfect escape from the busyness of the city.

I liked the scenery when I was having breakfast. I enjoyed the privacy of the lodge and feeling safe. I also liked the paintings on the walls , and the chandeliers.

I wish the place was a bit closer to town and that TV, I wish it was a bit bigger witg more channels and access to Netflix and YouTube .

There was a great deal of choice from fresh fruit and juices, cereals, yogurts, porridge, pastries, breads, cakes, pancakes, waffles, cheeses, jams, you name it right up to a fully cooked English type breakfast made freshly to your requirements, omelettes etc. coffees assortment of teas. All served by incredibly friendly staff.

Breakfast was good and very conveniently located. Staff was friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier as we had to get ready for a function. The hotel also arranged a shuttle to take us to and from the venue. Hassle free and very comfortable stay.

Shower can be better - water either extremely hot or cold and very fee drops - I understand the water problem, but that was taken a bit too far

Excellent location. Safe and secure. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Crispy clean bedding. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Bottled mineral water in the room would have been nice and milk (there was coffee creamer sachet in the room though).

Adjacent to tennis courts, very noise all day long. Bathroom doors slam when used, I heard surrounding rooms doors slam repeatedly during the night

Excellent location right on golf course with easy access to restaurant. Great Breakfast - excellent chef!
