The view, the room all services the staff is friendly

I didn't like the fact that I had to walk out to the gate with my luggage because the bolt driver couldn't be let it. I felt abused. The only thing that would make me not to visit again is that. My suggestion: Could the hotel provide caddie cars atleast that can take the luggage from and to the gate?

Unfortunately I never had an opportunity to experience the breakfast as we had to leave in the morning.

Access at the main security gate was difficult even when we could prove beyond reasonable doubt that we had a booking the access code couldn't allow us in until the security had to call the receptionist and this situation created a havoc to an extent that we had to reverse our car back inconveniencing other cars while sorting the acces and had tojoin

They didn't change sheets when cleaning our the next day it had stains caused by my toddler, they just flipped it to the other side.

Beautiful establishment, amazing entertainment, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The receptionist Lerato was helpful and tried to calm and amend the situation as best as she could and we commend her for her efforts and helpful spirit.

Unfortunately we were hit without water the following morning and the biggest disappointment was that we alerted the management two days before out arrival, and they confirmed that there was absolutely no chance of them being affected by the media alert of water outage and we should proceed with the booking. They did move us to the Sandton branch the following day and we went there, happy to be able to take a shower. Worst part was when we couldn't even drink coffee/tea from the restaurant with our breakfast, and we had a cold and very unpleasant waitress, short and with short hair (forgot her name). However the management needs to do better on staying alert and investigating information that was freely given to them before affirming something this serious to guests.

welcoming, nice and happy staff, welcoming with smile, the resort is on world wide standard. entertainment accommodates all fdamily members and it is a place to visit again. well done guys with your fdacility.

the noise from the bar. it open till morning hours and the noise goes straight to the nearear rooms.

We loved everything about the stay..from the securities, the reception ladies Nonku and Nicollete, the porter KB, the staff at the restaurant, not to mention the owner Dillan, the food the drinks and the list goes on. The hotel room was so beautifully comfortable and clean, the view was amazing. We are definitely coming back Thanks The Mint @ the Blyde!!!

The property was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The atmosphere, amenities, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family, and I look forward to visiting again soon!

The highlight for me was the crystal-clear lagoon—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The resort’s cleanliness, security, and friendly service also made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to visit again!
