Staff are very friendly and helpful 🙂 Dickson the manager, went out of his way. We were provided with the use of a hairdryer, extra towels, etc The room and bathroom were spotless. It also had a microwave and fridge that was so handy. The breakfast was excellent, great variety avaliable to suit all tastes and service was very profressional. The location is very accessible and over the road was a shopping centre that catered for all your needs. We even did a delivery to the B &B. Easy drive from airport and very accessible to the suburbs of Pretoria. Safe parking for your car 🚗. I would recommend this guesthouse for comfort and extremely attentive staff and management. They were happy, cheerful, and helpful. We went to Pretoria to attend my mother-in-law's funeral, but should we ever go to Pretoria again to visit, we will certainly stay here. Well done 👏 to owners, management, and all the staff members. Great value for the price we paid, that included breakfast.

We booked very late due to our time restraints, and due to my mobility, I had to climb quite a few stairs. They, however, do have rooms available for the disabled people, but unfortunately, they were booked already. Just remember to ask them when booking.

This is the second time I have stayed at TCS. Each time we are all so impressed with the location and facilities at the guest house. The big family room and outside area with pool is a hit. This is the perfect stay for a big group. You get the privacy of your own bedroom and bathroom and the social part of the breakfast and lounging together. The best part is that if there are other guests there is more than one space to use for lounging. The interior is stunning and comfy. The rooms is spacious and equipped. The breakfast is great to fill your stomach before experiencing the many attractions Lynwood and Pretoria has to offer. Will definitely be back.

No flexibility with check in times. Even though this is known this makes it difficult when travelling without your own transport. If you have a room above the kitchen be sure that the breakfast team might wake you up a little early. The rooms can use a spring clean.

Property is on good level

I thought was gonna be shown around. Was never told there is a place for breakfast because they just mentioned breakfast and was waiting in a room till.... And went to make food at self service kitchen. Later when was leaving they said why didn't you come for breakfast??? I was surprised bcs was never told during my arrival.... So fix communication!!!!!!

We had a little glitch on our way and were late the owner arranged check in for us 2 hours later after their closing. Apparently our room was double booked so they arranged for the next available room which was small but we appreciated considering the inconvenience we had already caused. Following day we were moved to our room and oh boy it was divine! Quite spacious and very clean. The breakfast also was amazing! The hospitality too! For returning guests we are definitely making this our home for our pta trips

Would have appreciated a kettle, and tea essentials in the room.

A lovely guesthouse with friendly staff especially the breakfast waiter - he was a gem! Rooms are very spacious and beds are comfy too.

These are just small things that will go a long way. For example a shower curtain in my kids room so that the floor doesn't get soaked every time, a towel rail in my room for a hand towel although the hand towel was removed after the first night but wasn't replaced. Better toiletries would be great too. Also my teenage girls didn't feel comfortable being introduced to two strange men at breakfast one morning and these men being told where they are from. It was awkward on both sides and totally inappropriate. While I'm sure it was meant well people's privacy should be respected.

We loved everything about the place. So beautiful and affordable, with the most friendliest staff... Zelda, Asanda and Clement made our stay the most fun and relaxing... It felt like we've known them since forever. We'll definitely come back.

The fact that we only had to be there for two nights.. It wasn't enough

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Value for money. Accommodation was clean, beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was lovely and well prepared. Ample parking. Dixon and Clement are real stars! Thank you for making me feel at home.

Didn't have smart TV or smartbox😕, can't go all the way to the lounge when I want to relax in my room... That was disappointing

The place is so amazing, the garden look stunning and they serve delicious breakfast, the room was excellent, clean and neat and the staff are so friendly. So, the place is fantastic!

The breakfast was absolutely fresh and delicious. However, please get an extra staff. I feel that the work is too much for one person and clients don't receive proper attention from the waiter. Because he was a waiter and a housekeeper. Please hire an extra per of hands.

The noise levels in the morning as we wake up from the ground floor, staff preparing for the morning routine, was quiet disturbing especially when you still trying to relax.
