Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. safe.

My room did not have a mirror in the bathroom. Need more tables, racks in bathroom. Need a chair in the room.

We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful and neat establishment that is 5 minutes drive away from Menlyn Mall, has free wifi, and a pool. The cherry on top was a breathtaking inside-out shower and very friendly staff 👌

I didn't like the fact that the water would run extremely cold in the middle of your shower, and you have to wait for a few minutes for it to get warm again, and that there was no other tea options except coffee

Stunning pool at night with the lights and water fall. Very relaxed ambiance. Was given a discount for booking us in a different room as originally booked. Staff at facility was helpful.

Room was Not ready on arrival at 17h00.. No bottled water as per photo's. No milk as per confermation with facility. Astray outside still had sigarette buds in. Booked room 5 got room 3. Was given a discount for mistake.

the location was good , the bathroom was very nice and also the pool…the stuff was very friendly

during check out at 10 the manager was waiting at the door for us to go out we really didn’t have privacy

Nice & quiet environment and the venue was super clean/neat... The amenities and everything was perfect 👌🏻 The pool was also clean which is a great bonus!

The wifi was giving some troubles but wasn't that bad.. Just a slight suggestion, it would be a great bonus if they can add a jacuzzi lol, but otherwise everything else was top notch!

The family room was nice, loved the beautiful shower and swimming pool.

Unfortunately there was not a way to select luke water. It was really ice cold water then after a few minutes it was extremely hot then all of a sudden ice cold again.

The outdoor indoor shower really puts everything together and makes it worth it. The pool was essential for the hot afternoon sun that day.

I think what we didn’t like was the fact that we were subjected to only, YouTube and Netflix.

The cleanliness,easly accessible,like that we can easily check out in the early in the morning,with just leaving the keys at the gate option,found it to be time saving.

If possible it would be good for breakfast to be provided and the guest can decide on wether to take it or not.

There were no mats in the bathroom and I had to request for mats and the ones I received were not particularly clean. They were moved from one vacant room to mine. I think that the ideal would be to ensure the room is fully equipped before guest arrival.

Great location, cosy and comfortable. Self catering, spacious. Great place to chill and relax with friends/ family.

Bedding is outdated. One iron for the whole establishment Improve cutlery and consistency of cutlery in each room. (Only butter knives, add variety of knives)
