Checking in with Samantha. Very pleasant and professional lady who was reassuring even on the phone before we arrived . Opened our experience beautifully and authentically . Having arrived late after a long travel she was ready and showed she was expecting us .

The carpet could have been cleaner . Charging ports by the stove aren’t convenient. Need to check if all side lamps are working . Booked 3 rooms and TVs were not the same ie in 2 of the rooms much smaller screens and less clear viewing or resolution. The open bathroom with no door in 2 of the rooms

The whole apartment is absolutely beautiful, very clean and private. The furniture is new and comfortable, loved the balcony as well. All kitchen appliances were available and finding the iron and ironing board was my highlight. The gown and slippers are a great touch!

The parking lot arrangement. Finding parking with the sign was a hassle as all the parkings were already occupied. It took forever to find a parking lot, worse when I found it , it was for a different block . I really struggled with this.

When I called reception to order some drinks,no one answered even though it was a 24/7 service. But there was a very kind lady who called me back and arranged for the people at Capital Maine to bring me the drinks. Big ups to that gentleman who also made a plan for ice. Sorry, I'm so bad with names,but they know themselves, and they know how to treat guests. I hope the company recognizes them soon.

Clean and good location with good standard of linens etc

I feel there should be a full length dress mirror in the room somewhere to to be able to blowdry one’s hair in a mirror and see what one’s is dressed like . Perhaps n extra blanket in the cupboard or a nice throw on the bed for winter.

I liked the reception, the location, the bed, the room even if it was a bit smaller than the studios I normally use in the building, and I also loved the attention they give to you and the security of the building as well as proximity to all facilities you may need in the mall next door.

There's nothing I didn't like about my stay...

The location was close to the venue we were attending an event at. The Checkin staff were amazing and facilitated an early Checkin for the 3 studios we booked . The facility has very tight and assuring access security standards. The rooms are impeccable and bedding very clean. We got good recommendations for eating places and the security personnel escorted us to a nearby restaurant to have a late dinner . The front desk staff are very well suited for their roles and should certainly keep it up !

Better communication regarding pressing /ironing if this is an upfront payment process it must come through when housekeeping collect items . The standard practice is to sign laundry to the room and if this does not apply herein this must be a pre requisite for collection

Spacious, comfortable and convenient

Still very new, so lots of paint smell…there was a private function at the pool area which was not great as we could not then relax by the pool. It was a busy event that evening but we really struggled to find anywhere to get dinner, all restaurants in the area were full and the hotel had no restaurant.

Beautiful views from the rooftop and a main mention to the staff members because they are the reason as to why we enjoyed our stay the most. The service of the receptionists and the stuff from the rooftop restaurant were exceptional.

Some of the rooms are quite small however it isn’t a dealbreaker for me.

We had a great stay... the receptionist lady was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, they had plates, wine glasses( we had bought wine and forgot to bring our own)and utensils for us. Loved that. We would definitely visit again.

I loved my studio apartment and all that was provided therein.

I feel if the studio accommodates two people then they should have two access keys. I had trouble with accessing my room cause I had one access key which meant I couldn’t go anywhere without my friend and they couldn’t go anywhere without me because we didn’t each have our own key.
