Everything was just amazing, the friendliness of the staff is beyond and it’s super clean too

The fact the entry card controls the lights so one can’t leave with it and leave another inside the room cause everything goes off automatically maybe a switch when someone is left inside so it doesn’t go dark

The hotel location is the best in all aspects including access to most amenities and the quiet neighbourhood

The Sunday prayer sessions held at the hotel disturb the peace of the guests in the morning. It would be best to accommodate worshipers in a sound proof room/Hall instead as the noise penetrates through the guest rooms.

I appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out, and how easy it was to enter and exit the premises.

I feel that for the price range, breakfast should have been available.

Carrie and her team were exceptional - the facilities for what we needed we superb, location 100% ,rooms clean,parking secure and totally receptive to our needs as a hockey team.

Water pressure seemed to be a concern in the upstairs rooms, but not unacceptable.

Although our stay was very brief, everything was excellent. The owner was on hand to welcome us personally. Everything was excellent. Keep up the good work.

The lady at the front desk was super nice upon our arrival. Hotel seems to be very well furnished and the rooms are very decent too. We were "upgraded" in some fashion so we stayed on the downstairs level, which means our door opened onto the garden outside which was quite nice in the mornings. Lady also fulfilled requests like getting ice for cold drinks and was very helpful.

Only thing I'd say is that this place is a hotel, not a lodge. So don't expect access to a kitchen, fridge and other things that make your stay homely. Which is kind of a bummer when you wanna store food and/or drinks etc but otherwise, all good it's a nice spot.

Location was was excellent, we did not eat breakfast as we were in a hurry

Receptionist is smiley and helpful.

Room 203 on our arrival, there wasn't a bad sewage smell in the bathroom but when we came back later, there was a bad smell from drainage pipe.

The lodge is located at a very convenient area. Close to the N1 road, Menlyn mall and restaurants.

The lodge needs some upgrades and TLC.

The location is perfect and the staff members where a great help. Went beyond to assist. They even gave us an extra hour before checkout time.

There was little traces of the previous guests in the room when we arrived.
