A conveniently located apartment hotels with spacious and well equipped apartments. Apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. Everything looked new and comfortable. Rooms have electric heating panels, and id was easy to keep them warm. A small cafe on the ground floor with a very good coffee.

Though not important for us, some aspects of the interior do not look luxurious, in particular, concrete floors.

I always enjoy staying in this apartments. it is literally our home, we have been staying since 2021 and we love it. I love the location, the vibe on the area. in the nights is very active and good to chill. next to many good places: melin mall, Hazelwood.

the internet was a very big issue last time. the tv on the bedroom not accessing the network. that was horrible. even for such a good place when the internet does not work well things become boring. really hope they can resolve it asap because I am coming back soon.

What I did not like was the security during the night, we felt incredibly harassed by your security as he kept on coming to our apartment to complain about noise meanwhile we had our tv off and we were having conversations and dinner, the apartment down the hall on the other hand was incredibly roudy but nothing was being done about it, we were put on thin ice and were told that if we don’t keep quiet we’ll be thrown out, the security was even standing outside our apartment for a good portion of the night ‘’monitoring” us. And then it occurred to me that they basically wanted us to give them something (alcohol or money) so they don’t come back because the minute we retaliated and told them what they’re doing is actually unfair they never came back.

I loved how spacious and homely the unit felt. I loved the decor and style of the unit as well. The cleaning service was also good.

I experienced issues with the hot water as well as issues with the backup electricity going on and off quite a bit during loadshedding.

The apartment was good, had all that is needed for a stay.

The location is bad, especially when you're with kids. There is loud music that plays rigjt through tge night next door. We were booked at the 4th floor and the lift goes until the 3rd floor only, we had to climb stairs with large suitcases with children to the 4th floor. The penthouse, which is where we were booked is right at the shady corner and we felt unsafe. We never watched TV, the kids watched TouTube as the thing that connects the TV was not working, the lady at the reception tried to assist us on our second day and still didn't work. I won't book there again, not value for the money they charge

The rooms were beautiful, spacious and it exceeded our expectations by miles. The staff were very friendly, Down to earth and very helpful. The security was friendly and readily available for any questions or help with gates etc. The basement parking was an amazing bonus. The beds and furniture in the apartment was extremely comfortable.

The rooms did not have any air conditioning and only one room had a fan, The heat was a bit too much which made sleep a bit uncomfortable. The floors were also not 100% clean. The elevator was definitely a bonus but it needs some maintenance as it seems a bit run down.

The heater in the room was a must, I love that idea. I was sweating during my nap😂 The receptionist was very friendly, the security guards are always on their feet to assist which is plausible. The bathroom was so clean, all utilities required in the kitchen were available, the bed and the couch were comfortable as well. I felt like I was at home. It is situated next to a busy road so you would expect noise but it is actually very quiet and peaceful.

The Wi-Fi was connected on the TV but YouTube and Netflix couldn’t play. I tried troubleshooting but no luck. Not sure why because when I opened the browser I was able to access Google and do some surfing but the TV apps were not able to connect to the internet.

Lovely place. Where Comfort meets and affordabilty. The apartment was clean and I appreciated the attenttionn to detail. We opted to stay in and cook than eat out because the kitchen was so well stocked up.

Our apartment was very hot. We were provided with a fan though and there are alot of windows but, an airconditioning system would have gone a long way.

The place is quiet u get a peace of mind to rest and relax ,It is a beautiful place to be at it feels like home.

I think they need to improve on the reception side where at times there is no one to assist maybe employing a person who will be dedicated there cause it's a big Apartment .

Support by the security guards. The place is beautiful and clean.

The hump by the gate ripped my car underneath. It's too high for coupe cars. I didn't have cups, my globes were dead, tv didn't work. The receptionists were not there to help. I constantly had to bother the securities to assist. They were so wonderful.
