Similar to our previous stay, the staff were friendly, the pool area and garden amazing, and the room quiet.

This room had a bathroom door that could not close at all (swollen wooden door, does not fit in the frame). The sliding door/window also could not close. The room was on the 7th floor, so not really a security issue, but it did cause the temperature in the room to drop, and the street noise was much more pronounced.

It is always delightful to stay at your hotel. A wonderful place to relax. The food is oustsanding BUT there is not a wide variety to choose from on the menu. I will always stay in your hotel. Wonderful//friendly staff !!

There are no fridges/telephones in the rooms . The lights at the desks does not work ?There is not a wide variety on the menu to choose from.

Lovely staff and facilities. The welcome drinks was a nice touch! Comfortable beds and very neat and clean rooms.

If you are sound sensitive then be careful to ask for a room facing the pool and not facing the main road. Hotel is located in a very vibrant part of Pretoria that never sleeps. Additionally ask to be in a room by the lifts and not be the air vents which are situated outside the rooms that are furthest from the lifts. This noise kept me up. I specifically requested a room facing the pool on my booking but they neglected to honour that originally. They did make a plan for me however. So make sure to call and assert your preferences so they can accomodate you

Overall, things were good. Shuttle service driver was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Staff in the hotel itself were also very helpful.

A few areas could be improved on. Before making booking I asked for vegetarian meals and shuttle yet I had do all these things again when checking in and they did not have lots of vegetarian foods despite saying they will procure ingredients to cater. Phone room does not work. I had an allergic reaction from the soap (no ingredients labelled on box) and had to check out early due to family emergency which worsened my allergies and getting a refund is taking more than 5 days to sort out.

It is quiet based on the busy area.

The rooms were not clean, e.g. there was snacks under the chair meaning the cleaners don’t clean under the chair. In the wardrobe, there was an underwear.

Staff are wonderful. The hotel is fantastic for what it is. Its close to gautrain and you can walk there

No charging plug next to the bed There are bars in the street below. Very loud student life until after 3 in the morning but i had ear plugs so it didnt bother me. Just be aware. Maybe sleep in the other side of the building

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were great. The location was perfect.

The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. It was cold and the selection not what I would expect for the price being charged. I regretted not going out for my breakfast. There should be more plug sockets in the rooms. Not just by the table but beside the beds as well. The TV channels on offer were shocking.

Everything about the place was great, from the surroundings to the stuff members and the food. I was happy that the facilities and rooms cater for disabled people. 😊😊

I was a bit sad that the menu doesn't ready have anything for a 3 year old. It would be nice for the hotel to introduce kids menu. I had to go out to get my child something to eat.

The rooms and the beds are quite spacious

It's a bit too noisy at night due to music from night clubs etc. There are no fridges in the rooms and that not good in the hot weather. Also there were no irons and ironing boards in the rooms

First their welcoming reception, friendly staff. Their room are very clean and the location of the hotel is the best you're able to get almost everything without driving. Since I arrived at the hotel i never drove my car but i managed to go many places...
