The telephone doesn't work. I tried to call the receptionist not working, and in the morning, they told me to dial 100, but still nothing. I requested the iron, and they didn't bring it. There was a lady with whom was rude to me when I tried to ask about deco organizations

The environment is quite and the rooms were clean. The spa was superb

Only the breakfast let me down cause the was a group that came before us..as a result only few was left

The fact that the TV and Phones were not useful at all. The phone was not functional and made it difficult to make enqueris whenever necessary. The TV had very limited channels which did not help us at all. Couldn't even watch the Rugby and Soccer matches!

Buffet breakfast is a much better option than having the waiter come as take your orders

2 pin plugs to be able to charge phones are needed.Maybe add an extra adapter to be able to charge phones and laptops without having to pull out the side tables and use the same plugs as the side lamps

The venue is beautiful,serene and tranquil..my stay was short but im keen to come back to experience the place more.. Our bed was big enough and comfortable,big enough shower

Nothing really... I didn't experience any of the comments I read from reviews like cold shower,noisy staff,dirty room etc Our room was just missing a fridge

The location is nice and quiet. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfy. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast was served rather late. When ordering lunch, a substitute on my meal was made without my knowledge or consent. Ideally, if something is unavailable, the customer should be notified and the substitute be discussed.

Breakfast and dinner were just super!

The deluxe room just behind the breakfast kitchen needs to separate the bedroom from the toilet. There must be a door inbetween. You cant be doing your toilet business in the toilet with someone sleeping...the unpleasant odour should be closed away. The private verandas going outside in the deluxe rooms are not clean.

I loved my room it was big and spacious. The staff from reception, spa and kitchen were great. Lesedi and Busi our waitresses were also amazing and made my stay with my partner even more amazing. The food was delicious and the spa treatment was great. The spa manager Shumie was very nice and helpful. Corlerta and Lucia, did amazing work on our bodies at the spa. I enjoyed every moment

I didn't like the fact my room didn't have a window that I could open, instead I had to open the sliding door or either use the air conditioner. I didn't like the half chicken and pork belly that was prepared for us at dinner on Saturday night 15th October.

The staff is very friendly , rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was good as well

The pool was empty when we got there and we couldn’t swim as they had only started filling it when we got there and it took the entire day

The bar is awesome, fairly priced alcohol and the staff are really good company. I liked the greenery and the lodge itself is beautiful

The standard suite is good, but it could be so much better for R800+. No mini fridge and we actually had to ask for towels. The TV has no Netflix and the shower could be better too
