Staffs were rude. For payment they didn’t take it on first day, next day the billing lady suddenly called me and said, pay your bill or we’ll have to ask you to vacate. I’m sorry I didn’t say I won’t pay, why is your staff talking about vacating me! I was a tourist in a foreign country so I didn’t say anything. If this happened in my own country I would have complained immediately about staff misbehaviour. Kindly teach your staffs to behave, esp with foreign tourists. Otherwise your good hotel will get a bad name all over the world.

1st of all the yard, omg breathtaking so serene, very beautiful, i must say. The amenities also are just as good for the price they have a stunning kitchen and 2 outdoor screened diners wow a pool table and a swimming pool. Sitting areas everywhere. Omg i can not stop gushing about the beauty of that place. The staff is very nice. The wifi was good it connected most of the time. The room are on a little bit small but for the price they work it is just a lovely space. I would come back 100 more times

Nothing absolutely nothing

Great and clean location. Safe although it is a good exercise to go to shops which is a nearby mall but it's a good area with lots of shade from the trees if you have to walk in the Pretoria heat. Otherwise I would recommend it as one of the best. Only that they need to stock the bar instead of walking all the way just to grab 1 or 2 drinks.

Shops are a bit far, make sure you pass by the mall, grab somethings and chill. Otherwise if you are lazy to walk, you will starve.

I found myself in a predicament last night where I was without any means of transportation, but fortunately, I stumbled upon 1322 Backpackers and what an absolute gem! The peaceful and immaculate ambiance coupled with the friendly and helpful staff added to the experience. One of the highlights for me was the opportunity to make my own breakfast - such a unique concept that I truly appreciated. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 1322 Backpackers.

Quite peaceful. Feels like a little getaway from the buzz of the city. Landscaping is real nice. The room was very clean and neat. No personal microwave and such but there's this nice kinda outdoor kitchen situation. The private bathroom was also very nice and clean. And the owner(?) Marcel was just a wonderful human being. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there.

I wish there was a dresser or something for easier/neater storage during our stay. And just a surface to eat off of.

I really enjoyed the greenery and location was nice, quiet and peaceful. Overall great spot

Other guests can be informed that noise is prohibited pass a certain time or just being loud while going to your room is not necessary because no one likes being woken up between the hours of 12am - 01am.

Unfortunately, the was no electricity and its was cloudy the solar took time to charge. We have bath with hot water that made my day in that cold weather and no electricity. The staff were helpful and amazing. The place is closed to shops and restaurant. Will definitely go back.

Everything exceeded my expectations, honestly pictures on the website don’t do it any justice, it looks way better in person. The location is perfect, safe and secure, the is a solar system, so no load shedding, and free breakfast (might be basic but since it’s free it’s cool)

Well wi-fi was very slow in my room ‘Mufasa’ but outside the room it was fast and satisfactory

The staff was friendly and extremely attentive. I was happy to receive a room upgrade when I arrived. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was great hanging out by the pool chatting with the other guest. I would certainly return and highly recommend this establishment.

The shower is not enough could be because of the Solar during load-shedding They should add small working tables in the rooms
