The room I was allocated was spacious, clean and warm - wooden flooring with a heater and blanket. Provision for tea amenities (the teas, sugar, honey and milk were provided together with 2 rusks for either a late night or early morning sip and dunk) was thoughtful.

The bathroom was spacious with both a standalone bath and separate shower. The tiled floor on a very cold day, would be uncomfortably cold but both mats were provided.

The owner was very friendly and assisted us happily, even when our booking was wrong. Thank you very much for your quality service. We slept comfortably and had a wonderful night's rest after the turmoil of the busy city and sports activities. We would stay and recommend 3@marion Guest House any time.

There is nothing to complain about. The services and facilities were need and tidy. Very clean and welcoming. I liked the tranquility it gave.

My colleagues and I stayed here for a week as it was well located to our training site,and because it was within our project budget. Staff were superb with Maria being super sweet and expertly able to cater to our different dietary needs. I had a couple of challenges with my room initially and both were promptly addressed. Rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated making you feel like a home from home. The owner clearly understands customer satisfaction when she professionally assisted us and resolved a discrepancy between the advertised pricing for breakfast and when we came to pay. Breakfast was simple, delicious and well executed with a good choice for everyone. It is seldom we find good creamy scrambled eggs! We especially liked the guest house's approach to being environmentally friendly, with the use of glass jars filled with yogurts, jams and family style butter, as well as refillable toiletries in the bathrooms, thereby reducing the use of single use plastic. That in itself would have us come back!

The room with the bunk bed has a curtain rail that should be changed to one without a sharp corner. It is too close to the top bunk and someone could accidentally hit their head in the dark.

The rooms were cozy and welcoming. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

The shower in the family room had no pressure at all and had hardly any hot water. The parking is definitely not enough for one car per room and is awkward.

We arrived very late as we had a function. A very friendly gentelman by the name of Kleintjie helped us. Unfortunately, we had to leave very early the next morning so we did not get to experience the garden and breakfast. Excellent for a stop over. Very safe.

The bed in 3 is a bit awkward for senior citizens like us. In 5 the bed base was not supporting the mattress - maybe needs attention.

Where do I possibly start? Mama Martha is a breath of fresh air, she is literally an angel on earth. I felt like a 8 year old who had only just started school and was smothered and spoilt on a daily with a scrumptious breakfast and a glass of the refreshing juice. Thank you Marion at @ 3, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it anyone who wants to take a break from the busy world. Also, did I mention that I had a personal chauffeur? organised for me by Mama Martha of course!!

The King suite room is the best, very spacious and comfortable. I liked the fact that they give you the key so you don't have to ring from outside if you are planning on coming back late.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming with the garden giving the serene feeling even before we get to the room. The place had an Amper vintage feel . The kitchen had cutlery and crockery we needed for our stay. Never experienced loadshedding
