The place and surroundings are beautiful old world- style and immaculately kept. My favourite has to be the original terracotta floors♥️ Memory was so friendly and helpful during check-in🌹. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. The special and unexpected surprise for me was the little glass jug of fresh milk in the fridge - we have travelled all over the world and stayed in some wonderful places but have never been provided with fresh milk without having to request it or buy it ourselves. As South Africans, real milk is a MUST in our tea and coffee - nothing else will do. Such a seemingly small detail really makes all the difference and a great impression!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You to Brooklyn Manor - we will stay again when in Pretoria.💫

I had a wonderful stay. The staff (especially Memory at the front desk) were incredibly pleasant and helpful. My room was both comfortable and charming, and the entire property has a beautiful, antique feel. As a solo traveler there for work, it was the perfect place to stay. I am already looking forward to returning for a holiday to enjoy it even more.

The only issue I encountered was that my room did not have a remote for the TV, so I had to get up to turn it off, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, when I showered, some water seeped into the room—not a major concern, but something worth noting. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay overall.

IT's a beautiful all house, very well furnished and comfortable. Clean, quate and very good communication and very friendly and helpful staff.

Would have liked to have a shower. We manage with the bath, so we are not complaining, but shower is always better for men.

The smart TV is a clever option for guests and provides a good variety of channels. In addition, it was a big big screen. The breakfast was good, and we had options for how the eggs were prepared. The panel heaters made the room nice and cozy.

Memory (her name) is the heart and soul of this house. Thanks for being around but never intrusive. Also the owner are very kind. The site is nice and it's a pleasure to stay there.

The outside chairs and table are a little uncomfortable. Not a real complain, but a little bit of cleanup/renovation would be nice.

I loved the way the rooms opened onto the pool area. It was extremely peaceful and the bed was very very comfortable with lovely lush bedding. I did not want for anything and thoroughly enjoyed a well presented breakfast. I would book this again in a heart beat.

When we arrived - it was load shedding We awoke to load shedding Returned to load shedding and awoke again to load shedding - entrance was dark to move around - it would have been convenient if there was a generator or an invertor for lighting and plugs ( charge cell phones )

We loved the old world charm of the house surrounded by beautiful gardens and the large bedroom. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Although a nice size we found the mattress rather worn and uncomfortable. I would also like to suggest fresh milk instead of Cremona for the coffee / tea tray.

Beautiful space, lovely staff and very central to everything. The garden with seating is such a lovely touch.

There is nothing I did not like. Everything was perfect.

Its clean and quiet. Very safe too. Ashley was excellent! Very helpful .

That they do not have a Kitchen/restaurant and that you have to make it known the night before that you would need breakfast the next morning. Though the staff is helpful in getting food delivery services.
