The place is secure and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. No noise.

They forgot to provide us towels the next day. Also the hot water was kind of brown/ looked dierty, not sure if the water around the area looks like that but didnt look good, and the steam from it felt unhealthy. Also, I wasn't aware booking through booking.com does not include breakfast, which was dissapointing because I was under the impression that it was included.

I liked the environment

I didn't like the fact that I called earlier before I reserved to ask about the BBQ facility, the gentleman I spoke too clearly stated that the R450 payment does not imply anymore, since 2 years back. I got there with my meat and I was told I can't use the BBQ facility if am not paying the extra R450, which i did not have.. That really pained me and I had to buy takeaway.. If there was proper communication this wouldn't have happened.

We love this property. It has a lot of character and is very comfortable. The room is neat, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfasts are well done and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and we will return when business takes us back to Pretoria.

A few of the trees need trimming. The heavy rains have caused them to grow quickly. This is a very minor issue.

I really enjoyed the staff and the coffee. The room was nice and warm. The internet was fast and stable. The place had a very calm atmosphere.

Small attention to details would be nice. Shower door couldn't close properly, TV remote didn't want to work and a few more smaller things. From a 3 star establishment I wouldn't expect these things, however this is a 5 star.

This was a pleasant surprise this close to the Menlyn Mall area. It is a well developed property with conference facilities available so its size surprised us. We enjoyed the layout and beauty of the property that is well taken-care-of with friendly, accommodating staff. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast prepared well. We will definitely look at returning to this property again.

This is the second time staying here, upon arrival it was not cleaned properly. The trash from the previous overnighters wasn’t clean as the dustbin was near full, the bath was dirty with lots of black dust or something. There was also what looked like coffee stains on the bed and they didn’t change the soiled linen on our second night.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were very good and it was very tasty. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The various sitting areas outside by the pool and in the garden was a very nice feature as we enjoyed sitting outside and drinking cappuccinos we made from the 24h cappuccino machine. The bar was also a great bonus option to have. The parking spaces were large and easy to get into. Location was amazing.

The bathmats in one of the bathrooms were old and fraying and had pink vanish stains on it. Definitely need to be replaced but I really don’t have any real complaints.

The room was homey and comfortable, bedding was good.

The fact that we had to go out to get water for tea or drinking. We literally had to carry the cattle outside, no jugs or at least water bottles in the fridge. Also a small rug would be nice just to put the feet on. Aircon and heater not user friendly. I am not complaining but this could have elevated the experience to 10/10

The place was amazingly clean, staff so welcoming and friendly. Maybe just consider putting bath mats by the shower door, we ended up using beautifully white clean towels, which did not feel good. But overall we had a beautiful stay will definitely come again. 😁

The Braai facilities are too expensive😌

Very friendly staff. Great location and very secure (Had our own remote so we could come and go as we please). Excellent facilities (really appreciated the free wifi and airconditioning). Very quiet and peacful! Excellent value for money!

Would have liked to have been provided with plates and cutlery in the room.
