Very nice location and beautiful appartment which contains all you need. Loved the bed and bedding- very good quality and I slept like a rock. Work desk area is great too. Love that the host is NOT providing all this single use waste generating stuff- water bottle refills, milk in glass, refills for shampoo etc - BRAVO ! Lovely spread of different size towels. Pools was a big bonus to be able to cool of after work. We received a very warm welcome via Helen

Shower took very long to get right temperature also not helped by seperate cold and hot water taps throughout (also in the sink). I would highly recommend to install some mixers. Also outside lighting at night was very bright - guest should be able to switch it off themselves. You can literally read in the room at night despite the beautiful wooden blinds- lots of light coming through. I had an eye-mask - so no problem.

I travelled to Pretoria to visit the German Embassy and Waterkloof Apartments were so close and convenient. The check in staff were very helpful and welcoming. The apartment itself had everything you could need. We made our own dinner and made use of the pots and pans that the apartment came equipped with. The beds were very comfortable, and so were the pillows! The location was very still and quiet, we heard no traffic noise. We also felt very safe as the apartment was in a gated community. If we travel to Pretoria again we will most definitely return here!

This was an emergency booking as the place I originally booked was fully booked on my arrival. Waterkloof Apartments accommodated me on short notice and the service was friendly and so accommodating

Bathroom looks a bit old and not all the taps were working properly. TV screen is far from the bed and chairs and quite small Parking space for vehicles are very tight.

Dudu was so helpful with everything. She answered the phone at 3am to help me exit the premises for work. She is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and smelled really good as well. Would definitely recommend. 10/10!! (Could improve by maybe having shampoo and conditioner in the shower.)

Location is good and central. Kitchen well equipped ,the milk was a nice bonus. Dudu was so kind and very helpful. Bathroom was spacious

The rooms were dusty, carpet dusty,sheets dusty. blinds on the bedroom window were crooked and revealing. Wifi connection very poor and stressful as it kept disconnecting.

Both the apartment and the whole unit, particularly the gardens, were beautiful and inspiring. I had long and pleasant hours of work both inside and out of the apartment.

Check in hours should be more flexible. As any condo in South Africa, the place is a fortress, so you cannot communicate with anyone inside unless by internet. It closes quite early for international standards. Therefore, be extra careful with your timing for check in, and detailedly explain directions if asking for food.

The property was well located for me and in a quiet residential area. The property (host's main house and guest apartments) is situated down a panhandle which offers a secure and private experience. Communication with the host was clear, quick and informative.

The wifi signal was weak and kept disconnecting which was frustrating. The host was very helpful and quick to correct and improve the situation by setting up a wifi extender with a strong enough range. After that everything was good.

The rooms were wonderfully laid out. The area was quiet and made us feel safe. Ashley was helpful and friendly. The general look of the entire premises was out of this world. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

There were some areas of the apartment that was a bit dirty, the toaster was full of marks and crumbs on top of and around it. the bed in the lounge area has some crumbs/granules under the duvet.

I booked there for the second time. Perfect location when I am doing business in and around Pretoria. Really love the many outdoor places where I can sit down with a colleague after the meeting for work planning or a sundowner. Pool is also really nice after a long day

There is really nothing to not like...

A great place to stay - clean and comfortable and a convenient location. Kitchenette was good and had all the essentials.The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room does not have 'live' television, only Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Whilst not essential 'live' television would have been nice.
